I personally agree with everything you have listed. The server feels more like a farming simulator now than a Rust server. People just build big, soulless, square boxs and fill it with planters and do nothing else. The drop off in player numbers shows that we badly need more things to do, and more ways to earn networth.

I don't need to check the logs to know we didnt make fun of your English. Stop lying......In my opinion you completely invalidate anything else you say, when you make such a blatant lie, and dangerous claim.  

Ok, enough is enough, and personally i do not care if i get into trouble for this. You are nothing short of a liar. This is the 2nd time you have accused me of this, and now you are accusing my partner. Neither of us have ever said anything, or made fun of your English. That is a very dangerous accusation to make. You are completely lying, and for what reason i do not know. Why don't you take this to leadership, since all the evidence can be brought forward.

Absolutely its your personal opinion, as is mine. I do have more than enough information, but thats also fine. We don't need to discuss anything but as its an open forum, i feel im entitled to give my opinion on it.  

Personally i disagree completely. Admins have policies to go by, some of which are not replacing lost items for players fyi, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to play on the servers the love and helped grow.  
Admins are volunteers, who give up their free time to help out the servers, and to take away their ability to play on them, would be the wrong move.  
Based on the tag you've made, and being a regular player on EU survival myself, i can say for certain that the Admin team on there, are by far one of the most honest, fair and genuine Admin teams on the whole of RustEZ. They do everything they can to benefit the server, and playerbase, and to make a post like this, due to being upset about losing stuff, really isn't fair to them.  

Thank you for your input. As i have already stated, this is for multiple accounts of Racist comments. This is not the first. Since you are now using an alternative account to come on and harrass our players, i will lock this thread from any future comments.

We have a zero tolerance policy on Racism...That should be obvious. And since you were such an active player, you of all people should have known that.  

Im not sure what point you are making about the USA. All our admins on EU Scourge are from Europe.

We have multiple instances of you using a Racist term, and using chat emojis to try bypass the ban filter. Not just from today, and not just in team chat.  
I wont post them here publicly, but if you wish to see them you can contact me on discord.  
Contributing to the server financially, whilst very much appreciated, does not give anyone any more right to break rules, than others.  
 In regards to your comment about us banning randomly without doing any investigation, that is completely untrue. Us doing an investigation is the reason you are banned, as after we seen your comment today, we looked further into your chat logs and discovered you have done it multiple times.  

As Clicks stated above, the ban will not be lifted.

A player reported to me that their base was taken over by another player. I checked the logs and found that Xinthyr had been salvage hammering the players items, and had replaced everything to make it seem like his own.  

As this is not the first time this player has been warned for an offence of this kind, a ban has been issued.

A player reported their base had been heli griefed, a TC placed and all of their boxes emptied. I checked the logs and found fatipunch to be the owner of the TC and on the loot logs for all boxes. fatipunch had constructed a 2x1 bases right next to the griefed base and stored all the stolen loot in there.

Considering the player has a previous warning for a similar issue, a permanent ban has been issued.

Thank you for your appeal  

After speaking with the banning Admin, it has been passed on to me as the Head Admin to deal with this situation.  

I would have expected after over 500 hours on our server, that you would be well aware by now that helis will damage bases. Hiding in/on someone elses base is griefing and is not tolerated. If you are calling in a heli to fight, do so in an area where no other bases are, or build your own heli tower in a less populated area.

Taking everything into consideration, and due to you have a few previous warnings for other situations, the ban will stand, but i will be changing it to a temporary ban. It will expire on  16/01/2024 16:41. 6 days from the ban time.  

This is a 1 time reversal. Any other rule breaking will result in a permanent ban.  

Please take the time to read our server rules before you return.

Accessing another players TC, without their permission, is of course against our rules. But whats worse, is you then announced in Global chat, what the code for the TC was. This could potentially have caused more issues.  

I decided to issue a temp ban due to this incident, and taken your previous warnings into account.  

The temp ban will remain in place, but i will reduce it to 2 days.
