If you are stuck in terrain, a cave, a rock, your base, or behind a lock, try normal in-game options first, such as respawning if it is safe to do so.
 

If you cannot get out or your items/body are inaccessible, submit a help ticket with:

• Server and region
• Your location, grid, or nearby landmark
• What you are stuck in
• Whether your body/items are involved
• Screenshot if possible

For future bases, we recommend using code locks when possible and keeping backup access to your base.
