Refunds are reviewed case by case. Please create a help ticket and include your order number, what was purchased, the server/region, and why you are requesting a refund.
If the item was already delivered, used, consumed, placed, or lost through normal gameplay, it may not be eligible. If you purchased for the wrong server or account, let us know before using the item so staff can review your options.
Please do not open a chargeback, as that can create account and payment restrictions.
