VIP requires your RustEZ website account to be linked to the correct Steam account before your perks can sync in-game.
Before submitting a ticket, please try:
- Confirm your Steam account is linked at rustez.com/link.
- Make sure you are logged into the correct RustEZ account.
- Reconnect to the server.
- Make sure you are checking the correct server.
- Remember that some VIP perks are not available on every server.
If VIP still does not work, submit a help ticket with your order number, SteamID, and the server where perks are missing.
