  • What should I do if I bought items that cannot be used on Pure?

    Items other than memberships cannot be purchased or used on Pure servers due to community server guidelines.

    If you purchased an item for Pure that cannot be used there, please submit a help ticket so staff can review the purchase and help resolve it.

    1. Create a new help ticket.
    2. Include the item or items you purchased, or provide the invoice number.
    3. Let us know whether you would like the items transferred to another RustEZ server or if you would like to request a refund.

    Items are supported on all RustEZ servers other than Pure. Transfers can only be made to a server where the purchased item is supported.

    If a transfer is not possible, staff can review whether the purchase is eligible for a refund. Please do not purchase the same item again while waiting for your ticket to be reviewed.
