  • Why didn't I receive my items I purchased?

    Store purchases are usually delivered automatically, but delivery depends on your RustEZ account being linked to the correct Steam account.

    If you purchased before linking Steam, bought on the wrong account, selected the wrong server, or still have not received your item, submit a help ticket with your order number, SteamID, server/region, and the item purchased.


    Before submitting a ticket, please check:

    • You are signed into the correct RustEZ website account.
    • Your Steam account is linked.
    • You are playing on the correct server/region.
    • You have reconnected to the server after purchase.
