Whether you have an issue with a store item, server issue or admin we are here to help.
We aim to get back to you within a reasonable time frame, you can always ask an admin on your server for further information. Help tickets are actioned from oldest to newest.
- If your help ticket is in regards to a store item or refund please include the invoice number.
- If your help ticket is in regards to an item bought in the last 7 days of wipe, please include the invoice number, the server you are playing on and have a body that is secure (You have started the new wipe and you are in a base.)
- If you have reported an in game issue please allow time for the admin team to investigate. If it is urgent use the discord.
