New Recycler, new bug

Hey Death,

 

had my /rec open and grinding up stuff, and accidentally closed the menu, and then all my stuff disappeared. 
It took away all the stuff being recycled in the input, and all the stuff in the output. 

Personally, I preferred the way the other recycler mod was working, and now this is kind of even more brutal :\

All items in the input are transferred back into your inventory, but there is a current bug that does not transfer components which is currently being fixed. The new system is guaranteed 100% output and can be used on the go compared to the old system.

The instant recycling factor was also removed to give players enough time to react if the wrong item is accidentally transferred and to prevent entire stacks from disappearing.
