I think each servers rules in their specific forum would be a fantastic idea

Server rules are easily located in the server's description. Making them  present here wouldn't add any real benefit other than easily linking to them in ban reports. I started making servers their own page on the website that included all of this information but I was never able to complete them.

Perhaps in the future.
