rejected Change APC's respawn time

Is it possible to change the respawn time on of the APC to 15 or 30 minutes. Bradley used to spawn every 15 mins and even then, the demand exceeded the offer. At the moment, at any given time 5 people want to kill and loot Bradley but only 24 of them spawn every day. Maybe nerf the loot (even more) to balance having more bradley. Or maybe allow us to spawn him like we currently can with helicopters. It's a good way to spend the c4 and rockets that we find on heli's, oil rigs, etc. And will allow extra content for everyone.

I agree to the suggestion, I feel bad being called out because I crafted 150+ HV rockets to use on brad because everybody wants to blow him up, and I feel whichever way the cooldown/respawn works, as long as more people can go about taking him out, I'd like to see it.
