implemented Rust Custom Maps Discord Channel

A Discord channel specifically for discussion and posting images related to custom Rust maps/prefabs and the likes. Allow images in the channel -- but make it so people either request access to the channel or see a message so they know that images must be related to the channel topic.  

I love checking out the custom stuff that the EZ community is working on (or playing) but the images and chat is lost in the memes.

I second this! I’ve seen a couple of people creating custom monuments with their only way to show their progress being in #memedia. It would be nice to have another Discord channel or forum area for players to show off their Rust Edits and also further help the custom map community (I mean, surely if ones good enough we may even see it on a RustEZ server, right?)
