i havent played this server in forever and forgot whatever racist thing i said that lead to the ban, i remember being harrassed by like 4 people and nothing happened to them and they were being derogatory im pretty sure, im not gonna justify myself for whatever i said tho, but yeah i miss playin this server, is there any way yall could unban my account, i like the whole pve thing, sucks 1 night got me permanently banned months ago, i dont remember what happened ngl, sulli had favortism and i remember the other 4 i was arguing with was close to sullivan, i actually like sulli aswell, but yeah idk where to go to get unbanned besides the link on the server

I got banned because sulivan loves anyone who gets VIP. Rubiks-q-bert hates me for some reason, and amsulivan just adopts the same view as him. It's annoying man.

Admins do not show any favoritism to players and we do not ban players based on their "views". Bans are strictly set once rules have been broken. We have, and have always maintained, a zero tolerance policy against racism. What is your rust username? I will look into exactly why the ban was placed and we will go from there.

I was able to look back into this. This occurred while you still had the username RidZz. You had originally only earned a 24 hour mute since the moment you joined the server you began posting sexist and derogatory remarks. We gave you a couple of chances to refrain before administering the mute. This of course riled others up in chat, which I immediately shut down.   Once you realized you had been muted, you proceeded to write over 40 notes with racial slurs that I will not be sharing here. I had tried to give you time to cool off with the mute but you took this opportunity for granted. Considering the time and effort it took to make over 40 notes with such derogatory phrases, its hard for me to consider this as having been a "spur of the moment" or accidental case. Taking all of this into consideration, the ban will remain.

theres alot not being said by sullivan and i wanna see a full log of all these remarks i made, i remember making 1 sexist joke and the lobby screeched, then when i tried dropping it i was getting bitched at and 4other players made derogatory comments, sullivan did nothing since sulli liked them and with the heat being mostly on me, sullivan banned me, i remember the notes now, you or someone else wrote 40notes with racial remarks and just pointed it at me, the best part is i was offline at the time of the ban and someone else i was arguing with or sullivan just so happened to find those notes[sounds like bullshit] and the sexist joke was a spur of the moment thing, theres no other moment throughout my time in the server that shows i was beyond rude, sexist or racist, i made one joke[wasnt even that bad im pretty sure] and now i get hella bs pinned on me simply cause a staff member who sounds 15 is just banning everyone because they are bored and like flexing superiority like some reddit mod, like god forbid someone makes one mistake and wants to be unbanned, the reason i was banned wasnt even 100percent my doing, thats the kicker of this, you clearly are a child and literally there are multiple threads from ban appeal calling out sulli specifically, you shouldnt be banning people and keeping em banned because you like the superiority complex

You had actually made multiple sexist jokes before you earned your mute. If anyone else had made derogatory remarks it would have been addressed. However, this did not occur. 
 

Players do not need to be online to be banned. You weren’t because, once the notes were found you had already logged. Since you were the only person who had accessed the chest with the notes during the time frame they appeared, it made it quite simple to deduce who wrote them. This was actually solved by another admin and I double checked their work and submitted the ban. 
 

It’s unfortunate you recall the situation incorrectly and feel the need to make false accusations. As previously stated, the ban will remain in place since the RustEZ community is no place for racist nor sexist remarks.
