Banned because I said naughty word on my sleeping bag and im sorry for using the word

I didn't know that I would be banned for 3 hours for renaming a sleeping bad using the n word and Im sorry. 
This happened on the [US] RustEZ Scourge PVE Zombies server and the ban is being held for 3 hours. I was just wondering if the ban could be lifted. Thank you and once again I apologize!
