More Info (Optional):  player creatively manipulated foundation placement to take over another team's pumpjack, refineries, and small base.  Player also moved the team's refineries and added an airlock to the team's base.  Player also attempted to conceal the theft by removing his own TC from the foundations he had placed to gain access.
