At the end of a wipe i try to get the most value out of my scrap like many others. It creating an advantage and disadvantage for the hours you play. Exactly the gatekeeping you didnt want to see with fertalizer trade. I have no chance to be on during the week at 12am, i have woke up early for work and seen at 3am they is already sold out. It wasn't implemented as such at least. It sets the stock to the max allowable integer and resets at midnight as it has long before the black market.
