Ban Appeal

I was banned by someone named kyuss well over a year or so ago I think for looting.  I don't really remember honestly it was a surprise to me when I tried to check out the Scourge server today.  I was pretty new to the game back then so I was probably clowning around and I'm sorry for whatever it was.

Thank you for participating in our ban appeals process.

I have reviewed your activity on our server and the incidents that lead to a ban being implemented.  

Raiding/Stealing, Accessing player bases through exploits, twigging into player bases is what got you banned from our servers.

While I do understand some time has passed since your ban was implemented...I hope the time spent away has given you a chance to curb the way you play on PvE servers.

After careful thought and consideration I have decided to lift your ban and give you this one chance and opportunity to become a rule abiding member of the RustEZ community.

Please familiarize yourself with the server rules before entering our servers and type /rules when you are online to get a list of rules ALL players need to abide by in order to remain a part of our community.

The following is a list of the server rules. Although the rules are the same on all RustEZ servers please read the splash page as well, as each server type has slight variations regarding specific features of those servers.

• No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
• No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.
• No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.
• No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.
• You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.
• You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
• No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery.
• Be a decent human being.

Please bear in mind, this is a one-time ban reversal. Any further rule infractions will lead to your ban being reinstated.
