investigating Add a Horse Whistle/Signal to /Shop

Hello all, I would love a horse whistle where we use the whistle and a black/white throughbred horse come running from a distance like mini flying from above or boat getting dropped by an cargo plane. I really think you will find it very useful since many people dont even know flying minicopters it would help a lot and would be a nice PvE addition to server. EU Scourge.

Give me a month tops. Still finishing the new pipe system for Survival and the new BM update for Survival and Scourge.
