Player was witnessed entering multiple buildings owned by other players.  They found another player's building with a vehicle on an unpowered car lift.  Player proceeded to make a nearby building of their own with a ramp, re-enter the other player's building, and push the vehicle into their own building.  After this, they shut their building entrance off with a double door.
