Player repeatedly claimed to be an admin.  The head admin of US Scourge (Spliff) proceeded to kick him for this offense.  Once he returned, he continued to claim to be an admin.  He also repeatedly shot at another player and played music despite being told to leave.  In addition, he claimed to know how to fly hack.  I watched 'Kerrzo' while invisible, and he did indeed fly hack in front of me.  Given all of these offenses, a permanent ban has been issued.
