Tommie was witnessed in the loot logs of a players 2 Pumpjacks that he had placed TC's around to help him gain access to them.

Tommie was also witnessed in BM having used a salvage hammer to pick up another players quarry that he had gained access to by offering to help setup the pipes gaining access to the TC this way.

After that quarry was replaced he was also witnessed in the loot logs of the new quarry.

And Harassment of a player by refusing to leave them alone when asked in global chat multiple times.
