On May 10th, player logged onto the server and began insulting and harassing multiple players.  In addition, they peppered their chat with the occasional slur.  Player logged out, and a notes were added regarding their toxic chat.

On May 11th, player logged in again, and continued the abusive chat and threats of griefing.  The also attempted to destroy other player's property.

Based on a continued pattern of disrespect, harassment, and threats, a permanent ban has been issued.
