Hello, my recycler / VIP isn’t working?

I haven’t played Rust in a few months, I have VIP on EZ and am playing on Pure. I can’t get /rec or /vip to work.

 

But, since the last time I played I have changed my Steam name and assume that’s the issue, either way how can I solve this issue?

 

My current in game name on the server is Billy. I could change it back to Stimpy if that’s the easiest way to fix it.
