Reason: Stealing

sleepy and their teammates joined the server and immediately found a team that was newer to rust.  They gained access to their boxes through windows and began looting anything they could.  They were given a first and second/final warning for stealing and griefing one team.

sleepy gained a permanent ban after stealing the vehicle of another player.
