DarkDani had an incident with another player who stole his helis and destroyed them. There was some heated conversation in chat that unfortunately led DarkDani to the players base for revenge. 

DarkDani arrived and tried to use incendiary ammo to destroy the bases foundations, but luckily due to our servers anti-griefing settings it failed. 

Once he realized shooting the twig was not working he started shooting the base owner instead ignoring the base owners requests for him to stop. 

   

I appeared and informed DarkDani that the base owner asked him to leave and not dong so can constitute harassment. He didn't budge and started verbally harassing the base owner instead. 

10/19/2026 - I warned DarkDani for harassment is which included instructs for him to leave. Not only did he not leave but he didn't even pause talking. Again the base owner asked him to leave and it fell on deaf ears. 

 10/19/2026 - I warned DarkDani a second time, this time making it crystal clear this was his last chance. Again it didn't even break his stride and his dark tirade continued unabated.

10/19/2026 - DarkDani continued harassing ignoring all warnings and admin directives to stop.

It became clear that DarkDani was not interested in listening to this servers admins or following the rules explained to him multiple times so a permanent ban had to be issued.

I did do those things, I can assure you it wont happen again. i get along well with the other members and ive been having a great time learning rust here. I hope theres a possibility for resolution. and the other servers pve servers arent as cool please guys i had to get justice but ill never do it again

The concern I have is anyone can join any Rust server, which means there WILL be trouble makers from time to time. How will you handle it differently next time?

I think where i went wrong was handling it. Next time ill likely take the loss and kill scientist too ease the pain. or listen to smooth jazz Florida and farm honey comb. 

its not my place to interfere with admin activities nor should i break the rules while grieving from the damage done by another rule breaker. two wrongs

Hi DarkDani, thank you for taking the time to appeal.

I appreciate your message and I believe you're sincere so I'll give you another chance. Even though I believe you are sincere, I have to warn you that in these circumstances when a ban is lifted that any more transgressions, even one, can mean the ban will be reinstated permanently. It's just how we are required to do things.

I'll list our rules here so you can familiarize yourself once again with what rules we all must abide by to play on our servers.

   Server Rules  
 - No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
 - No spam or harassment, either via mic or chat.
 - Disrespect, racism, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated.
 - Do not camp loot rooms, monuments, or highly concentrated loot areas.
 - Building in caves is allowed, provided that you ensure safe passage for players.
 - Blocking waterways, surrounding monuments, or monopolizing large areas of land is prohibited.
 - Avoid excessive building. Buildings that cause performance issues for others may be required to downsize.
 - Pipes can only connect containers that are in close proximity and must not span large distances.
 - No politics or controversial discussions or imagery. Maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
 - Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in a way not intended by the game creators is strictly forbidden.
 - You may promote yourself once every 24 hours. You may not promote communities.
 - And the life rule - Be a decent human being.

The ban will be lifted immediately. Welcome back and have fun!
