Upgradeable Hopper Collection Range

I'd love to see the ability to upgrade hoppers to increase their collection radius. Currently, you need to place multiple hoppers in a relatively small area just to collect animal poop.

Being able to upgrade a hopper's collection range would reduce the number needed, cut down on clutter, and make animal farms much easier to manage.
