You can drive around it on either side but to answer your question, no. It's not possible without updating the map.

Bushes are apart of the map and isn't something that can be spawned/despawned without editing the map file. In short, not possible.

Heli maintains aggro for 60 seconds even if the player dies. It also attacks any player in the area if it's engaging regardless of their status.

Likely a client caching issue. Advise them to toggle hide signs option in settings on and off to see if it doesn't load the image.

Simple lights are not apart of the game yet and this may very well be the reason. Not something I can tackle.
