  1. My lvl2 last wipe was making double what my lvl3 is making now. The current output of a lvl3 isn't worth the $9 spent on them.
  2. When people pay money for something and it's not working like it did previous wipe. Not too much to ask about compensation.

    PumpJack issue

@Elixil3Does RustEZ do anything for customers that purchase items that don't work like they did previous wipes?
  4. @Death The pumpjacks are not producing the same amount over time like they did previous wipe. People paid money for for something that's not working like it use to. Any ETA when it might be fixed or RustEZ do something to compensate people who purchased item from the store that's not working like it did in previous wipe. Store credit or be given the pumpjack for the next wipe to make up for it. A lvl 2 pump jack would make like 30k lgf over night. My current lvl3 pumpjack this wipe might make 15k ish.

    PumpJack issue

The previous wipe, was that when pumpjacks and quarries went from max lvl 5 to max level 10? Could that have something to do with it. The previous wipe i had my lvl2 before that change happened (i think).

I'm using pipes. Does it matter which part of the pumpjack you upgrade? It has upgrade option where fuel goes and where crude oil is. I tried replacing the pumpjack but it's still not making same amount of LGF over time.

Other players have noticed the same issue with pumpjacks not producing same amount of lgf over time. Previous wipe running lvl2 pumpjack over night would give like 30-40k lgf.

    PumpJack issue

The previous wipe i had a lvl2 pumpjack. It feels like it made more lgf compared to my lvl3 pumpjack is making this wipe.
