Hi JoeyT Thank you for appealing and sorry for the delay. It was observed you knowingly and intentionally took it upon yourself and to include two others in targeted griefing towards a specific players build by using Speakers, Lighting and also Cassette tapes. Intentionally targeting another player with such actions is not tolerated and unwarranted at any level. However during your griefing you had made a derogatory comment aimed at said player as you were "carrying out your work" open mic in game and this was the reason for the Ban to be issued. That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one as it is believed you are a good impact on this community and this situation sadly escalated quickly and hopefully..... will not happen again. The ban will be lifted once 48 hours have passed, but it will remain on your record. There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you speak and act in our servers and to abide by the rules. Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you. No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind. No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment. No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas. You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players. No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land. Welcome back. Offender: david sfv™ Battlemetrics | Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 20/04/2026 6:53 PM NZST Expires: Permanent Reason: Raiding Offender been previously stealing from another player and was confronted by other players via Global Chat. Offender continued his actions trying to raid another base through a window. I had asked him what he was doing with the response "roaming". After kicking and asked to let me know what was rule one of the server he proceeded to carry on running around not caring at all. Offender clearly wants to continue with no regard on his actions on how it affects players of the server so ban was issued

Offender: Juraxxus Battlemetrics | Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 19/04/2026 5:27 PM NZST Expires: Permanent Reason: Griefing Offender was asked what they were doing inside another players base after taking clothing off another players maniquins and throwing them on the ground (despawning) and trying to twig out. Offender replied with "I don't know". Continued to scope out bases to raid clearly not wanting to abide by server rules, PSA was posted multiple times.

Hi iliketorave Thank you for appealing. Your recent name changes did not help at all and further investigation found who you were so the ban was rightly justified as you have been previously banned before and had interactions with other admins. You had no right to twig into another players base (raiding) you can happily use a refinery in places like Airfield and Outpost freely. Yes you had been warned by me in that interaction we just had but I do not have recollection of everyones voices. Thank you, for the time being the ban will remain

Decided he wanted to twig onto another players base to use their refinery. Origionally did not recognize this player so I had previously voice "he is being warned to respect the rules."

Given ample opportunity to play his wipe and enjoy the server. Stolen a scrap helicopter as strike two, banned issued after he broke into a base and stole stacks of food from horse troughs and started to eat it. Clearly not willing to respect the rules and continue to grief and troll other players.

Still a highly offensive thing to say specifically targeting an ethincity. We have Asian users that come to RustEZ servers. 3 days ban given to learn the lesson to be mindful on what they say in Global chat and how they say it.

Battlemetrics Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 4:09pm NZST Length: perm Reason: mass stealing/raiding - Player reported ladders built into their base not owned by them or friend, offender found to have built into at least two bases already with more ladders in his possession for future raiding - Offenders name in log information in boxes he can open and stole anything he wanted - Ban was issued due the raiding and more ladders found for potential future raiding (smash it before it becomes more raided bases)

Hi Saze I appreciate your post even though it is a bit lacking but I need a little more information before considering your ban appeal. The list of warnings that led up to your ban: Looting a sleeping player harassing the active team member repeatedly through actions in game and chat carried out a simple "stand on your mates shoulders move" to reach stolen loot from inside a window blocked by bars - mass stealing Knowing the reasons for your ban can you please inform me how you have adjusted your playstyle so we won't have a repeat of July last year? How would you feel if you harassed a player on his own with three of you ganging up on him? How would you feel if your loot was stolen from you whilst you were offline? Most importantly, how has the last 7 months away from RustEZ changed your playstyle and why do you wish to return now?

Continued to argue with admin so Kick was issued. Told to "read the rules". Rejoined with no further issues - Cargo event spawned in, took it upon himself to "call out" another player via Global chat (harassment), in doing so I had made a comment about his reaction to a player not even present. - Took great offense to this even though names or any suggestion on names were mentioned. Reacted with language and "admin abuse claims", "Provoking"

Reason for F7 reports was stealing during a Escav run, investigated this further and did summarise claim was correct in accordance to player logs and "venus" do not kill any scientists nor had previous communication with other player running monunent Due to the excessive raiding/stealing/looting a perm ban was issued with no warning

Tried to break into a base via code lock - death by Codelock.entity was first sign to check on players activity Player had died after repeated at tempts to access a base not belonging to them, this is a sign of raiding and as such an F1 warning was issued to a player (photo does show him getting his body back after dying) Players activity after and before admin interactions, repeated offenses determined ban as best solution

Typical troll behaviour making the server unenjoyable for others so permanent ban was issued.
