Player had reported items missing, code locks put on boxes they can not longer access
Banned players name found in logs all over thier containers, also on thier car lift
Further investigation had found they did in fact put keylocks on the players boxes
Pretty severe griefing after recieving 2 warnings already so permanent ban was issued as this player does not care about the rules and how it affects other players
