the player got found picking up doors from a tower wich got reported today in #help and also gained acess to several bases via /ladders /twig and griefed them in placing tcs, walling off doors. ban got issued to the severity of the offenses and to protect our community. he  collected 16 large boxes filled to the brim within 9 hours on the server with various loot like ak´s resources components supply drops and gear .

i teleported to him, and asked whatsup? he sayd "hi bro, can you spawn me a mini" as i denyed the request he asked for a gun. i handed him my personal python with the words : 6 shots, make them count" he emptied the bullets in my head, demanding more bullets. i explained patiently , all players start with a rock and a torch. and me giving him a python is more he could have asked for.

his reply was something along : "i am not that kind of guy wich takes any advices from any bitch ass n**"yea. frances teleported on me. i was already filing the ban for racism. i told him hes lucky i only have what i have heared and no other staff member is here to whitness. i asked in dc whos on me. frances showed up and was directly confronted with toxicity and misogyny "aww hell nah i dont talk to that B*tch* and was again asking for favours. frances then also repyed we not spawn anything for players. and after he called her a b*ich wich doesnt belong into a game, i filed the ban.

 

Bans for Racism dont get a ban Report.. The evidence provided to staff, show proof of you being the last one edited the boomer. it displays an illegal sign banned in germany even to draw or display.

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

rules are easy. "dont do anything to somebody else what you dont want to be done to yourself." that includes griefing, throwing granades at bases, and general pvp behaviour.

i wont accept any of this behavior in the future. i will edit your ban from permanent to temporary. please have a read of the rules before you join our server(s) again.

when the player joined the server he looted a sleeper straight away, i tryed to communicate with him but he decided to make a run instead. so i issued a kick. with "please read /rules and come back" when logging back on he was trying to communicate on Arabic? idk. i sent him a F1 with all the rules translated on arabic.

the next day he placed ladders onto a players base . i warned him for griefing.

and admin sudo now shared another ladder placed by this player again. so i checked back with megan and she decided i may file the ban.

Theese players kept us busy the whole evening

solo spawned, approached straight away a Playerbase following the owner and gone deep on him. then the player called for admin assistance stating a player raided his chests. we arrived and whitnessed the offender making Bold demands like "give me kit and stone and wood i dont have alot of time for farming in the evening after work" and  we sorted out the situation returning the loot to the owner. then he was advised by me to leave te perimeter to give the victim a break. they wouldnt leave and constantly demanding kits or resources. the owner asked him to leave. i also went outside to drag the player away from the base to have a quick chat. he was very upset saying "you have alot of materials and why you dont give me any?" "shitty society"   so i told them in a verry calmly manor they cant do that on here. also telling them the rules on this Server. 

they started to farm up some wood and threw down a 2x2  by the time the second offender arrived and joined the building process. the first offender constantly ran up to the base harassing the owner of the stone base for materials. at that point i issued a mute for Solo.  i watched chat in vanish whilst spectating them . then they apparently realizted solo was muted . his teammate DUO claimed hes sorry and will behave now. so i gave it another shot and revoked the mute. they left the scene starting to make a scrap / component run. i talked again calmly to them stating if they wanna stay on our server they have to follow the rules and stop anoying that player. so i made a deal (i thought) i gave them wood in trade for me able to take down that twig abomitation. they agreed and i went to get some from my base.

soon after they returned to their old spot and started building up again a few meters further.  now they put up laserlights, boomboxes and speakers. when they realized the music wasnt noticable at the victims base DUO threw down a twig foundation, placed a speaker on it and connected it to the boombox. meanwhile SOLO crafted a Megaphone and started calling up on the Baseowner to come out and check out their "Disco"

he checked it out and was obviously not very happy about his newly moved in "neighbours" they continued farming and spamming the megaphone. thats when i decided to put a stop to their  3 hour trolling and harassment journey. they were warned multiple times, decided to willingly disobey the warnings, i gave them, and continued harassing  the player.

i was called in by a player for an stolen airdrop.

i went there and found the Player being angry at the Offender(s)(2 guys, one being obv. the leader showing the game to his accomplice) i talked to them explaining the rules as i realized they are german we continued the conversation on german.

i camled down the victim, telling him i am here to sort the situation out. i was polite, calm and relaxed since i sort of knew what was going on .

the Offender  showed some attitude and told me via voice chat "Dude, stop telling me your life story" when i explained the rules in detail, Aka. drops you call in via signal are considered private. taking stuff is considered Stealing. i listened to their side of the story where they admitted they trolled the player with taking the stuff "but they gave it all back " and "i just wanted to show my friend here the game" i told them they can show them the game but within the serverrules.

i left them with a warning for stealing from a Private airdrop, and followed them to their base. in there i found WAY more loot they could potentially have collected within the 3 hours they were playing on the server.

upon examining the surrounding area i found a base they twigged into and looted the place completely dry. i went back to the offender and talked again and issued another warning.they grabbed some stuff, left the base met with the  player wich called me in earlyer bc of that airdrop. they were giving him loot and sayd "ye, we leaving this server anyway". i asked the player to hand me over the stuff since it was potentially raided and needed to be returned to the righful owners.

they met up with another guy wich got his base obliterated by patrol heli.

they started squirting them with a watergun. the other player sayd STOP in chat. they continued. after the second STOP and continued watersprinkling the other player soaking wet i filed the ban. for Herassment along with raiding  and stealing and also to prevent more raided loot being spread into the economy

Players joined the server and started immediatly to check out bases picking up a waterbarrel  and a solar pannel placed outside the base by a player. i showed up to talk to them and tryed to communicate to them in english asking if they speak english- no response just ran off and continued  .   i decided to pull the trigger before they could cause any harm to the community

the rules were posted multiple times by me and via battlemetrics on their language (italian) also on english

they tryed to boost into a base , gained acess

and started to snoop around.

i had to wake up to multiple reports of players stating he stole a minicopter, killed a player with it and looted his corpse, then recycling the gear. his batlemetrics chatlogs prove  some severe Toxicity. players were also reporting abusive behaviour via VC

i decided to go with a 30 day ban since hes new to Pure and only played on our modded servers so far.

hope he reforms and wont continue this level of toxicity. next time offense i consider permanent removal or our beloved community

hes insulting me via Voip and is mad about noone wants to talk to him via voice.

actions were taken and player was temporarely remooved from the community to restore the peace. since its a first time pure player i decided to keep kim out for 30 days. i cant restore your horse sadly. the recovered potaoes were  added to your feeders.

i was called in for a simple theft from large furnaces. i took logs , opened the offenders inventory and found alot of wood, frags, charcoal. i returned the loot to the victim. i had a talk with the offender. he sayd sorry, it wont happen again. i even told him to type /rules  . so he decided to come back to the base he was stealing from.

he started to stalk the player by following him. he was asked 4 or 5 times to leave. i asked him to leave the player alone. he refused to leave and contiuned herassing the player. he started throwing down a base right next to the victims base. there was already a structure there with an unprotected tc as i knew and seen this morning so i was curious and checked the tc. he wiped it and was the only one on that .

the player was given more then one chance  to move away but he decided to stay and herass  his victim. thats when i had to step in and get rid of the offender.

 

wouldnt that take away the romantic magic of rust? spawning in, sleeping on a beach, only with a rock and a torch just to get chased by an animal right away...

my first spawn on an rust EZ pure server was like: "oh cool, a sleeper. lets joink his tools",  then staff posted the PSA about the rules, i felt bad, ran back, returned the tools and started to figure out how to make my own. only to meet somebody friendly who gave me food and answering my questions.

or imagine spawning in a jail where you getting forced to something straight away

theres plenty servers out there herassing you with a rules popup. if youre a descent human you find your way into the community. if not, staff shows you the way to the select server screen

i was called in by a player  wich reported his base got cleaned out. o found the offenders name on all of the boxes. he stole a car, components and looted the bodys. since he was online i decided to talk to him and give him a warning (3:25 PM) for sayd offenses he sayd sorry and returned the car and parts of the loot. 

later this evening i was called in to another case and i had to see his name again on tc and the boxes. upon the cleanup i found also several twig floors placed on player bases. what adds the griefing on top

he wiped a tc took over a base and raided. i assumed he is teamed with another offender since the tc only had them 2 on there left.

 

// edit: most of the evidence got destroyed because the players picked up boxes and started moving stuff arround their base and silly me didnt take screenshots since i always do that after a case is closed. but under the current workload on the server i am basically hopping from case to case and barely have a minute to sum up the Events so the console got cleared and overwritten  by crashes and other investigations

the Offender Placed Twig on multiple player bases to gain acess to , was found authed on a Tc of a player wich he wiped clean , found multiple instances of acessing unauthorized boxes

additional evidence got lost since the victim removed the tc by destroying the floor and silly me not taking screenshot in the heat of the situation

he is in a team with another player wich got a warning for the same reason. i thought he knew exactly what he was doing . additionally , i felt pressured placing a ban or a kick quickly since he started using up the materials he had raided from other players.

in case of an appeal i am willing to lift the ban if he stands up for his mistakes and shows regret what he did to others because he is an first time offender

even if it wasnt his base the signs by itself are enough reason to justify my actions. and now case closed.

i am really sorry you had to experience this on one of our servers. usually if you go on discord and ask for staff assistance we  help to   ensure a nice experience on our servers. but keep in mind, rust is built for pvp. you need to protect yourself to a certain degree in locking your tc/boxes/doors and apply at least some windowbars to prevent others gaining acess to your base or body .

if you experience anything like this in the future, please give staff  of your server a headsup so they can take actions and enforce and uphold the rules.

i was made aware of a player checking out bases. so i logged in and found the offender busy laddering into bases. i showed up tryed to initiate conversation also posting the PSA about raiding stealing and Griefing . player ignored me and ran off. i secured the base he laddered into with windowbars and went again to check on him. i found him in another base. laddered into ofc. i showed up tryed again to get a conversation going. player shot me with a crossbow and ran off. after placing the ban i found at least 3-4 other bases the offender tryed to gain acess to and boxes looted by him takover of  bases over by wiping tc and leaving only him on it

I left at 7 pm the house to get a coffee with a friend. and at that time the player Dogwater and the offender joined the server.

i even put up a PSA via Battlemetrics about the rules before i left.

they raided a player and griefed his whole house, rendering it inhabitable for him without my help or a ton of boom.

from what i could retrace they gained tc acess and started picking up what was not nailed down. tier 3; repairbench etc. they even killed the player with his own car they somehow gained acess to and built a 1x2 in the next grid. when the player dogwater got banned by the racsim trigger (thanks Death <3) the offender started despawning all the loot they had raided and logged off. when i came online i could only see the damage done to their base and bits and bops(lr´s and hlmg´s) about to despawn and all chests empty.

tons of logs and screenshots availlable if needed.

 

//Edit: upon the cleanup of placed floors/entitys of them, i have to up the count of bases got robbed or entered by them by at least 2 or 3. multiple instances of twigging base takeovers of unsecured bases logs and screens provided if asked for

i told you the server rules more then once and also pointed you to /rules in chat.

you showed apologetic to your past mistakes BUT...

Building a trapbase is considered griefing as the player is supposed to die and not able to recover his body or loot.

secondly it sould be common human sense to not write slurs on a sign Publicly acessible like you did.

theres just Stuff you shouldnt do at any point.

 

i believe in second chances but you really need to think about it. and i havent got the feeling you understand the seriousness of this. at this point i dont want to lift the ban until you showed seriously reformed. we do not accept any  kind of toxicity on this server . not towards players, races, or minoritys. i give you the opportunity to appeal again when you thought about the topic and show some serious understanding and sensibilty. maybe youre able to join future wipes. but for now  i have to reject your appeal
