I left at 7 pm the house to get a coffee with a friend. and at that time the player Dogwater and the offender joined the server.

i even put up a PSA via Battlemetrics about the rules before i left.

they raided a player and griefed his whole house, rendering it inhabitable for him without my help or a ton of boom.

from what i could retrace they gained tc acess and started picking up what was not nailed down. tier 3; repairbench etc. they even killed the player with his own car they somehow gained acess to and built a 1x2 in the next grid. when the player dogwater got banned by the racsim trigger (thanks Death <3) the offender started despawning all the loot they had raided and logged off. when i came online i could only see the damage done to their base and bits and bops(lr´s and hlmg´s) about to despawn and all chests empty.

//Edit: upon the cleanup of placed floors/entitys of them, i have to up the count of bases got robbed or entered by them by at least 2 or 3. multiple instances of twigging base takeovers of unsecured bases logs and screens provided if asked for

i told you the server rules more then once and also pointed you to /rules in chat.

you showed apologetic to your past mistakes BUT...

Building a trapbase is considered griefing as the player is supposed to die and not able to recover his body or loot.

secondly it sould be common human sense to not write slurs on a sign Publicly acessible like you did.

theres just Stuff you shouldnt do at any point.

 

i believe in second chances but you really need to think about it. and i havent got the feeling you understand the seriousness of this. at this point i dont want to lift the ban until you showed seriously reformed. we do not accept any  kind of toxicity on this server . not towards players, races, or minoritys. i give you the opportunity to appeal again when you thought about the topic and show some serious understanding and sensibilty. maybe youre able to join future wipes. but for now  i have to reject your appeal

More Info: i was called in by a well known and respected player to "remove the trap base right next to theirs"

i went there and found pretty toxic signs . further looking at the base it had traps and an open door hiden  behind a corner at the entrance. i had quite a few chats with the player earlyer about the rules and how to protect himself by not looking into sleepers and stay out of others bases.and  some minor infractions what got him on my "watchlist"

i have had some time thinking about this topic. but our serverguidelines state more then clear we do not accept under any circumstances any kind of racism/hatespeech or banned symbols.

in germany its illegal to spread sayd symbol and you can also go to jail for it . its called "volksverhetzung".  Lifing it would invalidate any racism or hatespeech ban i ever made and or would give room for questioning my actions.

from my personal morals i believe in second chances, but you didnt do it once, you did it twice. once i had to whitness this as a player, when i couldnt do crap about it and on the second ocasion i just took action.

i did even ask you to not do such stuff, more friendly i even had to be.

via steam chat you stated this was out of budhist context.

from Staff perspective, given to the facts, and also  your record on our server taken into consideration,  wich conains already 2 warnings, (one of me and one of chezi) you were given a warning for it and you did it again.

i dont want to violate the integrity of the system our bans are based on. from here on you need to hit up @JackTapper to appeal this case. i handed over all of the evidence and steam chats.

bans for Racism/hatespeech/symbols wont be documented. since i am the admin banned you for it, but its a descision of an headadmin, and i am only second in charge i cant decide on my own though. so i handed your case to leadership for sayd reason.

i know i am having a controversal opinion. but hey, if they leave they leave. nothing I could do about (or do i?). and i also saw alot of players malding about a descision, leave and come back at some point. (as a player, admin and headadmin i saw that).i didnt ment to offend anyone with my post. the ragequit comment was purely for players wich were salty migrating straight away to another server when the changes were just a roumour,  without even giving it a try for at least a wipe or 2. and it makes me sad to see the community i cared so much for lightheartly just going somewhere else @Method i understand why staff quit. i burnt out over all these "can you check this and that and may you do this or that" also . but eh. we are volunteers. its not a payd job. took me alot of time too to realize. dont stress about it. just do what you can, and when you cant, you cant ^^

i see it like the "lost son" bible parable. everybody will be welcomed back without any penaltys or anger. same as i was treated.

from staff perspective: its the silence before the storm. so i brace myself for stuff to come on Eu pure.

if players leave, they leave and eventually come back at some point. but just ragequit bc the server is taking away their "used-to-playstyle"like: grind some for a few days and build immense builds , use it for a week or 2 and then never come back again until wipe. just to rinse and repeat all over again. so theres more of a challenge comming now. we have to get along with each others again like back in the days 2017/2018. and we had cool wipes back then too .

well. from my perspective as a staff member on pure i would love to see lage twig structures go faster. but from a player perspective i have to join ghouls statement above.

isnt it possible you add  like (double?)decay on twig and un-tc-ed structures, but as soon i upgrade to stones reduce the upkeep so you dont have to farm upkeep as a chore?

this descision lays way above my payment grade   but yea, i feel you. luckily we dont have any excessive vending machine spam on Eu Pure ^^

wouldnt that be against the spirit of "no building limitations" ? once they see how much work 30 shops is they will think about it xD. (long term vending machine slave here) so i went from alot down to 8 maximum on my own and also you just cant put a rule on everything in my opinion. it if theres too many restrictions players will just go to another place where they can do that. you feel me ?

Reason: theft of store bought items, raiding, and taking acess on vitims TC

Additional info : the victim sent me through discord an item list of the loot he is missing, since he was 5 days out of town he was upset about the store items he bought on day 1. it was an LR-300, an L96 Sniper. the offender gained acess by landing on his roof and jumping through a widow by opening the shutters.

the offenders name was noticed by me in other similar cases ,without any evidence yet and was talked to by tragiss telling him the rules 3 or 4days before the present case . i found the items the player sent me through discord in the offenders base.

just to keep this short, we collected a ton of evidence on both, both were warned on russian, their base got locked since it contained all over raid loot.

from what we know of the refund requests they raided at least 6 bases . and the base is still loaded. so much for the first warning both received.

today i was curiousity teleporting to offender1 aka RUFCAN and found him in a players base authing on the tc and putting a lock on. decided to pull the trigger since we are still busy and waiting for players calling us in on  the former cases.  rufcan had 8 hours , Erica 4 and a bit hours on our server. 

ruvcan was watched by be authing on an unlocked tc and shortly after i noticed a lock noise planted on that tc .

erica was acomplice. and i just looked for a reason to ban her too , her reply after the warning i sent my feeling she wont stop so i banned her straight after RUFCAN

descision was made by me in order to protect our humble community against trolls like this

the typos i made were in the heat of the situation i edited the ban reasons afterwards so they both got a valid reason

proof : and a ton of additional evidence of multiple cases availlable upon request(serious, theres loads more evidence i just kept it to the minimum)

Reason: multiple instances of player herasment, painting a swastika, raiding, stealing and toxicity in voicechat

additional info: the player lives with 4 other players in a base, he was accused to have painted the swastika by the base owner, he was bullshit talking me: "this is an indian sign of love and peace" i decided to not ban him yet and do a concrete proof case. he herassed today 2 players building a waterbase by docking a boat on their pier started shooting them and smacktalking them in such a bad way i had to mute him when i arrived to hear out the victims . he was told the server rules multiple times by me and indigo did also clarify rules on heli loot he attempted to steal. now he decided to land a minicopter in another players base and steal crude from his pumpjack. it was "just 100" but still he showed with his accomplice the effort to gain acess to an enclosured compuond. also he was watched by me landing in another players base before , raiding the quarry and on another base the pumjack. but there he left the dirtywork to his teammates. he gave us in the 39:26 hours playtime on eu pure such an additional ammount of workload, i decided to ban him NOW. not tomorrow.

Additional info: i was called in by a player, and i noticed he got griefed by a lock in the tc, also locks on multiple boxes. the offender knew exactly what he was doing,  so my point of view. he was warned already twice. once by me for raiding griefing and despawning loot,  once by Gringo for twigging into a compound  now would been the third time so i asked for a judgement call by ben. cuz 2 warnings including rule rehearsal should make the player overtink certain actions .

Evidence:

you play without sound? cuz footsteps are noticeable even as a normal player.

and vip is the same on modded and pure servers . so pure have to be with absolute minimum of mods.

the recycler is worth 20$ itself and the daylie supply drop ( /vip) is just the cherry on top. the supply should give you at some point a weapon flashlight. so i dont see your point . sorry. but its up to death. i guess he will respond shortly on this.

so you want nightvision with vip ? ummm . dont think this will happen anytime soon because the recycler is more advantage over "normal" players and i think its enough

since youre the first one having a problem with lighting up the tunnels . like pompiliu sayd, weaponflashlight and there you go and additionally we have players taking tunnels solo without problems

the actual date of the incident was the 11th of july . i noticed quite a load of EZ salvage messages in battlemetrics. i went to the owner and found a totally griefed base. i wanted to talk to the owner before i actually ban the offender if they know each other, but he didnt showed up. the victims ip adress is german, kubasz if is from poland. i imprisoned kubasz and sent him a warning to get in touch with an admin, he choose to ignore it and respawn on beach. unluckily an admin entlocked his base and destroyed his sleeping bag 

 

the offender never came back  the victim either  so i decided the ban today.

additional info : i got called in by a player to a totally rekt base . he sayd its his fault getting tagged by heli . so i checked the last remaining box and the fridge . found stanoks name on it . he also sayd his front door had another code.  also in the same timeframe another neighbour aproached me and pretended stanok code-raided him and stole 3000 scrap. i went to stanok, luckily he slept in his LOADED base . i found the scrap in his inventory , the missing components of the first victim spreaded in multiple chests . i fell back on ben to decide if ban or not ban, but codelock raiding on a "no raiding -server" is an actually earned ban.

 Additional info: Player was found sleeping in another players base. i secured his geared and stacked body into my hotel. i noticed the quite "rich" inventory, but i didnt link his name to "bad players" yet. a regular called me in; his vending machine got emptied. i found the offenders name on the vending and the rest of that fenced area . (refinery, furnace) so i went to him, and wanted to check his inventory.  he was awake and taken to jail to have a private admin to player conversation. i got up my google translator and he sayd i am sorry. i explained the rules  on polish (google translated) he agreed to them via chat. 5 minutes later, i was busy doing the evidence, i noticed him running around the base of his former "victim" . 2 minutes later he was stuck in another players base. couldnt help, needed to swing the hammer .

the player joined at 9:36PM GMT. i checked his battlemetrics profile straight away because of his offensive name. one of the British Admins on Eu Pure told me  this is a verry rude word in Britain. and he wanted to get rid of him straight away. i asked tribrats and she answered me that its a common word in AU and US . so i checked his profile out of curiousity.i noticed he has been playing on 84! (pvp only )other servers . well i made tribrats notice and she had a bad feeling about him too, so she hopped on eu to keep a closer look on him. it turned out he was pretending to be a 11 year old kid fresh rust player without any experience . asking for free stuff and so on. we followed him peak time (4 admins in vanish on his tail) and noticed him going through bases , checking stuff and jumping into houses . he received a verbal warning of tribrats in voice chat about the rules and how he can make this server his home. right after she went to vanish again he gained acess to another players house wich left his codelocks unintentional unlocked. he put up a code, plopped down a TC , acessed the sleeper on the roof . she entlocked the door of the roofacess and had another talk to him.  tribrats had to hop back on the US server so we followed him a while . he was trolling in chat and demanding Admins TP him and give him an free AK . we wasted 2 hours in following him and then he jumped into a pumpjack /quarry of a player, stole stones and LGF . this is where tribrads gave green light for the ban.

additional info:

i found him (offender1) aacessing  players base as a fresh spawn (like 3 minutes on the server)was told the rules. and that i wont tolerate any of this behaviour on this server. 20 minutes later  he Boosted up a wall with his buddy(gonedeep singh former theamazingsalvio/offender2), gained acess into a players base , raided the boxes. was confronted and acted like a 5 year old. offender 2 was kicked to give me room to deal with django) had to cage him in and gave out an official warning. and also told him if i catch him stealing again he risk a ban . i let him go and when i followed him i saw him stealing LGF from a refinery.afterwards  they were jerking around a player, herasing them in voice stole at one point the players horse and begged for LGF. then they had a minicopter, but after 2 hours following him i thought he changed his behaviour. today he logged on, and stole straight away the minicopter from gringo.

Additional info: Player was followed by me when he entered the server, he showed pvp server behavior in trying to kill a player , i aproached him and told him the rules. he was seriously toxic in voice chat,  and refused to follow my advice . half an hour later i caught him entering a base emptying the quarry . i decided to wait and follow him more. ben spammed the rules but he continued trying to acess another base. stole metal frags, charcoal and fuel from the furnaces . they upgraded their base with the stolen resouces . this is when i stepped in and tp´ed him into my jail. 

whitness of the earlyer conversations and handling is gringo. evidence is gathered by ben and me . aditional screenshots are possible UP on request
