Offender: Noahbash BattleMetrics Steam ID Server:(US) Pure Time: 2:43pm Length: Perm Reason: Raiding and looting More Info (Optional): Player was kicked when they entered another players base and started stealing/raiding. When the owner asked the player to leave he ignored all requests and continued to steal contents from containers and deployables. Player was asked to re-read the rules before entering and sent a console warning informing them that entering bases and not leaving when asked is a form of harassment and that raiding, stealing, harassments and griefing of players and bases are against the rules and bannable offences. Upon logging back in they continued with the same gameplay continuing to steal and enter bases through exploits. He was once again informed that entering bases through exploits, raiding, stealing and harassing are all against the rules and any other rule infractions may lead to a ban from our servers. I then witnessed Noahbash steal and loot from another player and a permanent ban was placed.

You were first warned on 05/17/2022 for accessing and taking items from a players inventory where you were informed of the server rules. On 05/20/2022 you were warned against false reporting in order to get a player in trouble. You were officially warned on 05/22/2022 for calling another player a homophobic slur and informed that such gameplay and talk is not tolerated on our servers. You were also informed on 05/28/2022 that player disrespect and harassments were not allowed on our server. On 05/29/2022 you were continuously shooting at a players mode of transportation and needed to be kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining. You were warned and told to refrain from harassing and toxic gameplay (including shooting at modes of transport). In that warning you were informed that you were given numerous chances and opportunity to adhere to the servers rules and be a rule abiding member of our community. You were told that this would be your last warning and ANY player harassments, griefing or any other rule infraction would result in a ban from our servers. I informed you this evening that it didn't matter how close to wipe we are that rules are rules. Our rules are in place to ensure the integrity of our servers stay intact and that players have a safe space to play away from the toxic gameplay, harassments and griefing that are found on so many other servers. Offender: MF Rum BattleMetrics Steam ID Server: (US) Pure Time: 10:07 pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Griefing / Harassment More Info (Optional): Player was invited to a player run event that required TC access. The player placed his own TC and locked it with the intentions of locking out the base owner and to troll the players the owner was trying to have fun with (him included even after having issues with him earlier in the week) After numerous chances and warnings the player continued to show repeated toxic gameplay, player disrespect, griefing and harassments of players and bases.

Offender: Pure Blood Battlemetrics Steam ID Server: US Pure Time: 10:55 PM Length: Perm Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned on 02/13/2022 for taking up and blocking off over 8 grids of land and a console warning explaining the build rules was issued. The next warning to Pure Blood was on 02/24/2022 for entering another players base and removing LGF from that players mini. When an admin was called they immediately logged out still inside that players base. At that time another console warning was issued informing the player that entering bases through base exploits or uninvited and stealing/raiding from players, bases and modes of transport were all against the servers rules. The next warning was on 04/22/2022 after Pure Blood removed numerous players bases and deployables that didn't belong to them. They were Informed that griefing, harassments, stealing and raiding of bases and players are all against the rules and bannable offences. Pure Blood was Informed this is the final warning before a ban will be issued. Tonight I noticed the player was once again removing base parts that didn't belong to them. I went over to talk to them but they ignored me and continued to pick up the contents of the box they just destroyed. Pure Blood was given multiple chances to play in accordance with the servers rules and policies and decided instead to ignore all warnings, talks and PSA's. Pure Blood has a history of destroying and stealing the contents of other players base parts, deployables and contents without any regard to the multiple players progressions they have interfered with. Pure Blood's removal of the players base tonight and taking numerous base parts, deployables and contents for themselves after already being warned for doing this exact thing shows they have no intention of being a rule abiding member of our RustEZ community and a permanent ban was issued.

Offender: Cheems Battlemetrics Steam ID Server: US Pure Time: 8:44pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Raiding / Stealing More Info (Optional):Player Banned for Stealing/Raiding even after a kick was first given to re-read rules before entering, when they returned they continued to steal / raid.

Offender: OH GREAT HEAVENS Battlemetrics Steam ID Server: US Pure Time: 4:10pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Player griefing and base take over More Info (Optional): OH GREAT HEAVENS was kicked with instruction to review the rules before rejoining on 4/8/2022 after continuously harassing and griefing another player. OH GREAT HEAVENS was warned once again for accessing a players inventory while the player was offline and stealing from that players base/deployables. The console warning was made clear that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players and bases were against the rules and bannable offences. Knowing this OH GREAT HEAVENS continued to steal and takeover a players base without any regard to that players game progression. A permanent ban was implemented for griefing of players and bases

Offender: [Who] bush1511 Battlemetrics Steam ID Server: US Pure Time: 4:13pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Player Griefing and base take over More Info (Optional): [Who] bush1511 was warned along with his teammates and instructed to type /rules in chat for rules needed to play by in order to remain a part of our rule abiding PvE community. The console warning issued included and informed the player that raiding, stealing griefing and harassing of players and bases were all against the rules and bannable offences. [Who] bush1511 was given a chance to be a part of our rule abiding community but instead chose along with teammates to grief and takeover a players base and a ban was placed for player and base griefing

Battlemetrics Steam ID Server: US Pure Time: 4:11pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: griefing and base take over More Info (Optional): RaidWho? was first warned for accessing a players inventory while they were offline (sleeper), they proceeded to access another players base stealing from the player along with some of the bases deployables. The console warning sent to him and his team informed them that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing of players and bases were all against the rules and bannable offences. He was instructed to type /rules in chat for the rules every player needs to adhere by in order to remain a part of our community. RaidWho? along with team mates then found another base and took it over. RaidWho? was banned after being given ample time and opportunity to play in compliance with the server rules but instead continued to steal and take over a players base.

Offender: LEV MEN 447 Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: (US) Pure Time: 2:36pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Player was banned for continued entering of bases and stealing, Disregard of server rules and Admin. LEV MEN 447 was given in game warnings and verbal warning to play by the rules and stop entering bases through exploits and stealing. Player was warned verbally and in game warning on Jan 8th and then another warning in the early morning of the 9th but still proceeded to steal later in the day on the 9th. More Info (Optional):

Offender: elite (Battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 12:07 pm Length: Perm Reason: Player was banned for looting players inventory box, items could not be recovered as they had recycled the stolen items. A Ban was issued as this infraction was done 3 hours ago regardless of previous 3 warnings. More Info (Optional):

Offender: Hunchø Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 9:56 pm Eastern Length: Perm Reason: Raiding / Stealing More Info (Optional): Player was already warned for stealing another players Mini and crashing it. After already being warning I witnessed Hunchø entering another players base and accessing their containers resulting in the players ban.

Offender: Pooh Shiesty Battlemetrics Steam Server: (US) Pure Time: 2:52pm Length: Perm Reason: Breaking rules/Ban baiting More Info (Optional): Banned player for entering players bases and accessing boxes, painting over players signs, gave the player a verbal warning to leave a players base but insisted that it was his because it didn't have a TC and he can overtake it. The the player proceeded to paint over the players signs in the base. I teleported him out of the base because he wasn't leaving and then Pooh Shiesty continued to enter other players bases and accessing their boxes all in while was taking in chat saying stuff like "look admin, I'm in his base, oh I accessed his stuff, look admin I'm entering another base" etc.. Player was ban baiting and disregarding any and all attempts at warning given and correcting his gameplay to play by our rules/policies. Logs available upon request.

Offender:darkcrow6 Server: (US)Pure Time:7:56pm Length: 7 days Reason: Stealing/overtaking a players base. Verbally warned player and asked to remove TC and leave the base and darkcrow6 ignored and walked away. I then proceeded to send a in game warning in regards to stealing/raiding is not allowed on this server, darkcrow6 continued to ignore me and showed a great deal of Admin disrespect. I opt to give them a 7day ban in hopes that they will follow the rules when/if they return after wipe day. More Info (Optional):

Offender: 浑元形意太极门掌门·马保国 Steam ID: 76561198082092548 BM: https://www.battlemetrics.com/rcon/players/942421269 Server: (US) Pure Time: 10:56 pm Length: Perm Reason: Player Griefing, entering bases and looting, admin disrespect More Info (Optional): The player 浑元形意太极门掌门·马保国 was griefing a player and wouldn't leave him alone, when I asked him to leave verbally it took him about 5 min to actually leave. He then proceeded to enter the players base and loot his base including his teammate that was offline (sleeper). I then sent a in game warning about looting bases and asked him to leave. He did not leave and in fact shot me with the bow and arrow he looted off the player. I felt a perm ban was in order as he would not comply (ban baiting) and would just cause further disruptive gameplay for other players.

As explained to both you (kh pro mod, lizherrington) Harassment of players is not acceptable behavior This was verbally explained to you both when you both entered a players garage and he asked you both to leave multiple times. PSA's were put out for player harassment and the shooting of player vehicles which you also did to a player flying a mini. Although you didn't speak to much in voice chat..that doesn't exclude you or your behavior. Your harassment of the player that ultimately led to your ban was Just and will be upheld. You were both warned for harassment and told to stop toxic behaviors instead you both continued to do just that to other players.. impeding the gameplay and progression of other players is also not acceptable behavior and a form of harassment. It does not matter if your gun doesn't do damage you continuously shooting a player in the face and blocking his movements is harassment. I never once heard the other player use any derogatory words to address either of you. Rules are displayed on the join page, This website and put out as numerous PSA's. The ban is just and stands. I truly hope you find a server more to your play styles and wish you all the best in your future gaming endeavors.

When I went to confront the 2 banned players they were actually in the middle of raiding another base when approached they were rude and disrespectful so a ban was needed immediately to prevent further disruptions for other players. More Info (Optional): Gorilla was actually the instigator and rudest, belittled admin and said ban me I dont care, I am not going to stop PVE sucks.
