Good afternoon Chillman, from what I can clearly see in the chat is that she accused you of stealing. Which of course she shouldn't have and instead dealth with it in a different manner. Play was warned for that too, do not worry. Now to come back to you. You've called them a twat, an idiot and for all I know many more things I was not able to hear. We've played on this server long enough to know you do insult quite a lot, and sometimes even on instances it should not be needed. The way you handled it was not acceptable as I've already stated and shouldn't not be taking place. Instead you should've not insulted the player and come back to an admin. This way it would've prevented you from getting this 30 day ban. Cleary, quite low. The fact that after 3 years you still provide such behavior to other players on the server doesn't mean you've changed or have become better in your attitude. I am a fair person and I will always stay fair. But that sadly means to all parties and not just one. There is a limit, and you've stepped over it. Hope you've changed your attitude in 30 days. Hello again, Let me go through your list and state what I can: I saw it in battlemetrics, provided you with a kick for verbal harassment/toxicity to a player. However, that kick turned into a Ban after there was plenty of evidence from previous experiences in other servers for it to turn it into a ban. The servers are all RustEZ, it does not matter where you do stuff. They're all linked, hence why we see all the warnings given on other servers too. With this added, that means that all your previous warnings still counted, no matter what server you are currently residing/playing on. I have stated to you we are more chill, yeah. But we don't tolerate such behavior either way, even if I've treated you better than you have been treated in other servers. In the end, all RustEZ rules apply, to all the RustEZ servers. And there was plenty of indications it was offending to the person. Please note the following: First off it started with you saying: Chloe smell's like athlete's foot. To which she replied: After that The foreskin and nazi comment to which she replied: And afterwards the player also stated the following: I think there is plenty of proof there that the player did not like you commenting about that whatsoever. The first time she stated "Wow bacon" should have been enough of an indication, especially after such comment. The person that has informed me of the incident speaks to Chloe on a regular basis in Discord, I doubt he would've sent out a report if it wasn't for him knowing about it. He without a doubt knew she didn't like it, hence why he came to me. However his actions afterwards were not acceptable and the person has been warned and spoken to. As stated by starlord, does it matter who starts it? It's in your equal favor to not react to it and send it back to us if you are displeased with it instead of making such vulgar comments to people. It is a rule, it's political, harassment and general misbehavior. All in all this seems like you're not understanding of the rules, nor understand what can be treated as a "joke" on this server. Good day to you Baconism, The remarks you made were not on point. We don't tolerate what you have said, you received a kick at first with the warning. But after inspection of your account and the warnings you had I've turned that into a ban. You've insulted a player without their knowledge/acceptance. You've made World War 2 remarks that aren't tolerated, and you've had previous warnings on your profiles totalling to an amount of 4 within a year. Please see the following: You clearly were insulting this player for no reason whatsoever, this was before the WW2 remarks to the plane. I've enjoyed talking to you, but that does not mean you can simply say what you have said. Also please note your previous warnings that you've received for other instances, this is enough to have given you the ban that you've received: Regarding the player that send you the message, they'll be receiving a warning, as there's no point of instigating after it had been done already. There's no point of further agitating when the person is already gone. Either way, you're welcome again in 30 days, after your ban has been served

Hello again! thanks for appealign the ban, and thanks for the words. However I can not accept this apology, not even with the explanation. First of, let me just quote some things and add it: The method warning was a warning that was given after a mute was handed out to you for toxicity by method, the day prior you were also handed a mute by me for toxicity which also counted as a warning. Due to already have been given 2 mutes and still providing us with toxicity in the chat, there was a switch to warnings, that eventually led to the ban. Please note the mutes: The way of dealing with it the way you dealt with it was not in order. Instead of providing us with direct evidence you posted this into Memedia and had us scrambling to get rid of the guy afterwards. Unfortunately we don't check on chat every 5 minutes, but the person was removed afterwards, hence why he "did not show up again". Such excuses do not matter to anyone, you join a server you know that has rules as having received previous mutes and warnings, verbal and written. This does not excuse you from being invulnerable to anything due to having one too many, or being tired. We just dissallow such toxicity as proven by the third rule we have that informs you of "No player harassment". You reacting to people in such a way is just not acceptable. Yes, yes you've been toxic. As previous post explains, having a bad day does not excuse you from using this kind of language to any other player. and due to the numerous occasions that it has hapenend makes it not better either. Ban was extended to 30 days due to the amount of times that you as a player have committed such acts of toxicity towards another players. Those 2 mutes also were as a warning, and they're logged too. This would mean you'd be on 4 warnings at the moment, making this ordeal even worse. Please if you have a better reason why you deserve an unban, let me know and I will review this again. Hello again Romao, I'll take all of this into any future incidents with Hiro. I completely understand your upset about what has happened, but I can't fact check it. I will however tell the player Hiro of and provide him with a warning as well, I'll see if I can find anything in the chat and from there use that. I didn't gloss over anything you have said to me and listened to what you had to say to me. I've never heard anything regarding racism so I'm sorry if I missed that. As I thought the conversation went nowhere after the same stuff kept getting repeated. Either way, the 7 days will stand as you rightfully take them as well. In the meantime I will deal with it in the background with Hiro.

Hello Romao, Thanks for appealing, and thanks for the explanation. I do understand your frustration but let me make some things clear: I have listened to both side of your stories, and the only answer I received from you was what you described now as well but with a less calming voice. Overly annoyed at the fact and instead of being coherent and respectful, proceeding to repeatedly shout and say "If the player wants to act like this then why do you play a multiplayer game." I reacted in such a manner as both players did not seem to even care what I was saying. Even after saying they should not make such a fuss about a single barrel. There was plenty of pauses in between you could've voiced what you wanted to but instead kept repeating the same sentences. This is why it ended the way it did end. We don't believe in favoritism nor do we care if a player paid or not. We treat everyone equally. If players come to us with issues then of course we listen to the party first that made the initial report. So, if you had come to me first, respectfully explained what and how and even told me what was wrong I'd have listened to your side and would've gladly been able to help you out with your issues you'd have with the player. Sadly instead you chose to go the immature way, constantly coming back to the player with a megaphone, shouting around with your friends and even resorting to adding a boombox that plays monkey noises towards his base with a picture of a monkey. In other words, the way you've dealt with it was not okay, hence why now you are the bad guy in this story. I've given you plenty of choices to tag me, to explain it to me or anything of the sorts. I'm always on discord and a lot in the game, all you should've done is drop me a tag or DM me with info. Please if you can, provide me with evidence to Hiro's remarks or anything of the sorts. Without judgement however I went to a call provided by a player and I recovered the car.
