Once I spoke with Buster, it was confirmed all the signs were in fact placed & painted by both of you. There is a zero tolerance policy for racism on RustEZ servers. This is clearly displayed when you enter any of our servers. You mentioned in your direct message to me that you placed these signs as a joke - Use of the words & imagery you posted on these signs are in any circumstance absolutely unacceptable, and frankly deplorable. Player was already aware they were on their final warning prior to this incident. Video for reference as needed

Toxicity & abuse is not something that ever will be tolerated in the RustEz community. Multiple times prior to the above incident you were told in voice, in chat, and were present on the servers for PSA's, that server events cannot be called dibs on. I understand you want to enjoy these events - so does everyone else on the server. There is nothing stopping you from participating with other players, and you have been told as much. Each prior time youve been advised, you responded with toxicity, for example telling me to "shut up" for letting you know of server rules, and abusing the other player in voice. In the above ban incident, another player was already taking Garrison by the time you arrived. Instead of talking to them & seeing if you could tackle it together, you started once again abusing them & being incredibly toxic so you were temp muted. Despite your harassment & abuse of the other player, they still offered to share: Your response to this was to place a TC, attempt to grief the other player by blocking access (to the crates they said you could have), and after an unmute, extend your aggression to chat: For the above you received a kick, to hopefully give you time to cool off. When you returned, I came to speak with you to let you know that given your prior toxicity, this was a final warning prior to receiving a ban. Your response to this was to hurl abuse at me in voice, including but not limited to "fuck off slut". This behaviour is not going to be tolerated in our community in any way. You have been given many opportunities by the community as a whole to address your behaviour. This ban will not be lifted. Please use this ban time to consider how you intend to interact with others on the server moving forward. When you return, it will need to be as a part of the community. You will need to share events, exactly as they are intended. You will need to treat others with respect. Additionally - You messaged me asking me to move resources to your TC during your ban period. You were first witnessed stealing car parts from players, and were sent a warning verbally in game as well as written telling you stealing was against server rules. You were then witnessed baiting heli to attack another players base directly next to where you wanted to build. Again I spoke to you in game, and another warning was sent telling you that griefing & stealing was not acceptable on this server. Finally, despite the server rules and the above warnings, you were then found to have actively & deliberately built into multiple other players build areas in order to gain access to steal from them. Given the multiple warnings & opportunities you were given to review our rules, and given the sheer level of effort you went to in order to gain access to what wasnt yours shows significant intent. The ban will not be lifted in this case.

Was non-responsive on each occasion. Now has intentionally built elaborate structures in order to gain TC access to numerous players pumpjacks & access them. Getting new reports of issues with quarries eating fuel with no output. Currently unable to replicate, but reports are recent (within the last 5 hours) & from multiple players. Sulfur is primary issue, stone reported intermittent, no reported issues for HQM. edit - now seeing issue where while in the lootable, the lootable disappears - sulfur quarry. Occurs with both input & output

Issue still occurring, however Ive now been able to replicate multiple times in a row on sulfur quarry. Unsure if coincidence or not, but if my focus is on the left fuel barrel, the fuel disappears. If my focus is on the right barrel it works just fine.

More Info: Provide a description along with all evidence Player was repeatedly asked by another player to leave them alone & didnt do so. Admin called to assist, who asked him to leave & did not. Player was kicked for ignoring admin instructions, and when relogged continued the same behaviour. They then continued to attempt accessing another players base after being kicked.
