    People crash badly that they can't log in and need to be moved so they can move again.

  2. If you have the vip colour of your name in chat and /rec is not working for you.
    Be in your base and place all your inventory and clothing away in a box or backpack.
    Hit Esc and click on suicide. You will die. Do not respawn/revive but disconnect from the server dead.
    Reconnect to the server.
    Respawn at your base. /rec should now be working for you.

  3. I heard of similar /homes going missing on us scourge yesterday even though the bag was still there. Death is actively working on a fix i think this is related to but thanks for letting us know of the issue on EU survival.

  4. Hello Javier, above is a link for a youtube video that may help.
    When flying it can be a good idea to fly high and slow (or one of the two) Fly high and there's a better chance you won't crash into something and maybe have time to correct before hitting the ground. Fly slow gives time to take everything in.
    best to avoid lakes and rivers as these can be heavy areas with lots going on.

  5. i've heard from players that chickens despawn very quickly. Generally players ask if they do actually work as they come back and the trap is triggered but no dead animal. I've had it happen while standing there so i'm guessing there's a chance of no animal but it gets triggered.
    I think having the ability to use a heart beat sensor gives players an idea that they can go out a little and come back after the notification and the animal will still be there.
    I've not had issues when i used it but i stood there and waited.

  6. This game bug occurs when a base is built too close to a monument and within the kill zone. When FP changed Giant excavator monument they didn't resize the monument kill zone.
    The RustEZ faq says:

    Sleepers are automatically killed after 20 minutes inside a safe zone (Bandit Camp, Barn, Fishing Village, and Outpost). This is an intended part of the game itself -- not a server modification. If you log out in a safe zone, you have to reconnect within that timeframe to move out of there. If you log out in a loot room, you are automatically killed when the loot respawns. The only safe place to log out is inside your own secured base!

    I note that it says safezone, but it applies to all monuments and i note it is your base, however as previously mentioned when the game looks at your location you are at the monument.
    Another way you can die at a base after logging off (or d/c) is while being mounted to a sofa, chair, car etc.

    Admins don't replace items lost to game bugs or game mechanics. If you lost items that were bought from the RustEZ store those items can be replaced after putting in a ticket here https://rustez.com/help/
     

    To prevent it happening in the future you can:

    1.  If you prefer having a single base, move the entire base.
    2.  If you have multiple bases on the map, log off at a different one e.g a boat base or heli tower.
    3.  Create a base somewhere on the map that you can log off on, something simple and out of the area.
    4.  Accept that it's very likely each time you log in and will be dead, put everything away and be naked before logging off.

  7. Pretty certain it's a game issue.
    You can try these, it's the same thing you are doing with disconnecting & re connection but less work:

    1. Have a switch to turn on/off the power of water pumps. Turn them on when needed and off when they aren't or flick the switch off/on before use.
    2. Have a water pump and switch between water barrel and sprinklers, allow the barrel to fill (or use a water jug to transfer some water.) before switching on the sprinklers. Turn them on when needed and off when they aren't or flick the switch off/on before use.
    3. Skip water barrel and go water pump, water switch and pump to sprinklers. 1 water pump to 6 sprinklers (no splitters/combiners necessary)

    If there isn't enough water in the pump on the first tick to get all the sprinklers/barrels going, only the ones that have enough water turn on, the others won't build up water and it just looks like it is getting the water (for sprinklers) visually look like they work (water pumps make the sounds and tools say they have water) but planters or water barrels don't fill. Water pumps only keep the information of this first tick until turned off/on again, they'l get a new amount.
