Hello everyone. As you all may remember, I was banned from the server long ago as mixed reality or xsentauri something like that. The situation was that I had built a massive village, and it had taken a lot of effort and attempted to get someone who was supposedly making a large tower to watch fireworks from my base on top of It. I was against it because I was not too fond of its sight. And while it was hypocritical of me because I had a helicopter tower myself, I realized the severity of having it and the same effects it would have that the person was doing with theirs, so I tore it down for the sake of my village. While I wholeheartedly agree that I am at fault for some of the things I said in the situation and was upset at the user, it did not warrant me to use the language that I did or get so upset. I am kindly requesting from the admins of the server that I could have one more chance at being on the server. I promise with all of my heart that despite all of the warnings I've had in the past that I am much more mature and respectable of a person now and will not cause such disturbances or difficulties to the server and its admins and hope that the community and admins can find it in their hearts to forgive me for my actions and allow me a second chance. I've taken strong consideration in my attitude in the past year that I've been banned and have reflected on my actions, further helping me understand where I was at fault and how to improve myself. I am ready to return to the community as I whole-heartedly love this server and have even spent a lot of money on it. However, despite what I've said so far again, I do not want to mislead anybody into feeling bad as the fate of me coming back to the server lies in the admins' hands. I again admit my faults and acknowledge my turbulent record within the server. I have considerably improved and will be a better sport and a friendly re-addition to the server. However, if my appeal is not accepted, I still wish to apologize for what I have done before and wish all of you happy holidays. (thank you for considering.)

that's not what i was implying to, when i said help out. that has nothing to do with this situation, and as it turns out the player had previously muted me due to chat spam cause i didn't want to use my mic, Again i apologize for this and i understand.

Hello, I understand that I was Warned many times in the past for my actions and not being respectful to the community and etc. This server means a lot to me it is by far the *best* server in rust and I'm not even lying I've searched hundreds of servers inside the server list and not a single one was good enough for me, except this one. I truly am sorry for the actions i have done and will never do them again, I promise to be a respectful, Rule abiding player of the server. Alongside from that I apologize to DarkTweets for the aforementioned rude comments. I shouldn't have said those things, and will never again. Although while I am appealing for a ban lift I am also suggesting that there be some form of compromise and communication between players as many players did see me Try to ask him to move his tower many times but I'm not sure if he had me muted or what he didn't listen, I was also accused of griefing while I did place 2 TC's near my base and one in the ocean i did not fire rockets or bullets towards his base I was focused on building my own. Also people said I had a giant hqm Heli tower on my property and removed it before an admin came; Yes that is true but I didn't remove it because of an admin, CyberMiku came to figure out the situation and asked me how it was fair for me to tell him to take his tower down when i had a tower up as well, so taken into consideration I realized this was hypocritically and stupid of me to ask him to do something that i was breaking my own point, I took it down for 2 reasons, Because i realized if those missiles were to land on my base I would suffer the consequences, and because 2 it was also ruining the look of my village. Furthermore i love this community a lot, and participate heavily with it. I'm always trying to help out and be nice where i can but what can i say. Sometimes stupidity gets the best of us. So in my further regards, i apologize for the chaos i caused, for the insults to darktweets, and for having blue-steel have to get online and deal with such a petty thing, and i hope that the admins and community of this server can take it into their hearts to forgive me for my actions. -sincerely xsentauri
