This was planned but I put it off since the cars we sell on the store will soon go away once they're released in the game which will be very soon. If the new vehicles are not added this update I'll make this a feature for the salvaged hammer.

It'll eventually go away. The parachute is a client-side visual so it's not actually there, you client just thinks it is. There's really no fix other than re-entering the area or drive it until it goes away.

If you revive in the air you'll fall to your death. This isn't an issue. Wait until your body lands on the ground before reviving.
