@Kaylisk Negative, the pumpjack is not exclusive to VIP members. The pumpjack has to be bought separately for everyone. VIP members get a personal recycler that they can use though, which might be what you mixed the pumpjack with.

It does this for certain skins on Casual too, I've been assuming it was Facepunch doing what they do best. As in, they don't apply properly. Maybe related maybe not, who knows

@Helfer Everything comes to you automatically. The 5 signals should have appeared in your inventory, you type /rec to use your recycler, and you type /vip to receive your daily supply signal. If your 5 signals didn't come to you, you should make a ticket at https://rustez.com/help

Correct @Roughshaggy52, they are usable only on one wipe. Same with the windmills and most everything else. The only purchases that don't need to be repurchased are pumpjacks, recyclers, and VIP (excluding the 5 drops received at purchase of VIP).

@Twitch | Cynical Syndicate Make a ticket, this is for recyclers and pumpjacks. Purchase delivery issues aren't handled here

@Roughshaggy52 door closers should have gone into your inventory with your purchase. They are only usable on one wipe per purchase. If you bought them and they didn't show up, you'll need to make a ticket.
