Offender: Kurtok93 BattleMetrics Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 9:43pm 8th July 2021 (11:43am GMT) Length: 1 month Reason: Raiding & stealing More Info (Optional): Has on several occaions, gotten into other player's bases, placed a TC down, locked the owner(s) out, and stripped the bases bare. Also has a bad habit of checking every container, furnace, bbq, etc. placed outside of bases, plus looting sleepers. Has also been given a warning for griefing another player for sitting in the driver's seat of their RHIB and refusing to leave, even when ask to by an admin.

Offender: 1989 R32 Vspec II BattleMetrics Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 18 June 2021 @9:24pm AEST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing, offensive language More Info (Optional): Returned from a 3 day ban for stealing & toxicity. Logged in, entered another player's base (nothing to steal). Then was harassing another player, accusing them of hacking. Then entered a second base & stole items. Was confronted by an admin & told to leave. Wrote on yet another player's sign "U R gay c**t".

Offender: odverb BattleMetrics Steam Server: AU Pure Time: 1:28am 12th June 2021 AEST (3:28pm 11th June 2021 UTC) Length: 3 days Reason: Racism, controversial topics in public chat, and disrespect towards admin More Info (Optional): Was using slander & racist insults towards a major Australian political party with the intent to incite drama in public chat. Was confronted by an admin & proceded to be disrespectful towards the admin in voice chat (video evidence has been captured). He attempted to goad admin into issuing a ban, while claiming the other server admins (myself included) turn a blind eye to his antics.

Hi timkj83, The truth is both your quarries were stolen. As they were not protected by a TC, another player has come along, placed their own TC down, and yoinked your quarries with a salvaged hammer. I have dealt with the perpetrator (same player!), and put the quarries, along with 6k LGF in your inventory. That was all I could find. It's too close to wipe to do much else. But as Granny has explained, PLEASE protect your quarries, and anything else outside with TCs next wipe. It saves you much grief down the track. On a side note, you need to set up a jpipe from your refineries to remove charcoal as well, otherwise it stops working as there is no free slot for refined LGF.

Hi Twitchy, Thank you for using the appeal process. I have reviewed what happened, and am aware that you spoke to Frit0. Racism in any form is not acceptable on any of the EZ servers, or even in real life. I understand that what you wrote was a reference from a movie, but that still does not dimish the fact that some words are hurtful, and thus why we enforce such rules. That being said, I am prepared to reduce your ban from permanent to 3 days. Please take understand that this is your final warning. Breaking our rules again will result in the permanent ban being reinstated. Please take the ensuing time to review our community rules (same for all servers), and reflect on the impacts of racism in society. Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you in the server in 3 days.

Was kicked and asked to change username before logging back in. Logged back in with same username. Banned until username changed to something not offensive.

Yeah, we figured it was a fat finger mistake. Just waited for your appeal. I'll lift the ban now. HOWEVER Please be careful in future. Racism is not tolerated in any form on any EZ server. I know this was a mistake, but be aware it is against the rules.

Hi Sonny, Thank you for tanking the time to go through the appeal process. I have reviewed the incidents, and your appeal. You have however missed the racist joke you told in public chat, which you were also spoken to about. I am also concerned that when you logged onto the server & received the warnings, you began to check the doors, outdoor furnaces, etc. of other player bases pretty much as soon as you left your base. I know as I was watching you and your friend loah do this. You even tried the door on an admin base. This continued until I observed you stealing from, and loah taking another player's vehicle. There was no show of remorse or restraint in your attempts to steal, especially after just receiving a warning for such behaviour. Your final act that caused me to take action was the moment I appeared, you both pretended to be afk, even when moments before you were running around. I'm sorry, but I will not be lifting the ban at this time. Best of luck in the future.
