Users: joaquin "el chapo" guzman BM Steam Al Capone BM Steam Server: US Pure Duration: Permenant Players were witnessed by a victim, flying into a compound, swiping lowgrade, crude, and sulfur ore. They were quickly caught up with, and all items were returned to the victim, and an apology was made. Both players were given a stern warning to follow the rules to the letter. While one cannot speak English, the other assured me they both understood, and would behave and just have fun in the game. Within 1/2 an hour both were witnessed by 2 admin to be on a sleeper. Both were in the sleeper's logs as well. While nothing can be confirmed taken from the sleeper, the facts are, both players had been given a chance, and multiple PSAs in large fonts were given. Joaquin speaks and reads English and had been given 2 separate talkings to by 2 admins in the last 48 hours as to the rules. (Both players are currently in jail facility with inventory as it was when removed from server.) Evidence as follows: (Additional evidence available if required.)

Player: YaBoiLogan BattleMetrics Steam Server: US Pure Duration: Permanent Time: 4:00PM EST Reason: Player has a pattern of PVP activities despite numerous, PSAs, Verbal comments, and a warning. He has used his building hammer to pull windows from unprotected bases, and looted their belongings, and stolen from their bodies. He has taken over TC access on occasion, taken over a base that was not his, as well as twigged into bases where there was an interruption in TC coverage. This player seems unapologetic and unrepentant. He is being denied further access to US Pure to protect the players. Evidence below:

You were found In the open. You were placed inside that building to protect you from further exposure. The # is the door code. If you Disconnected, please remember, ping US Pure on Discord in the HELP channel and a member of the admin team will do their best to secure you and your belongings. As for your house, I am not certain where your base is, as I found you exactly where you woke. I merely put the building there. Sorry for the confusion.

Player: Till BattleMetrics STEAM Server: US Pure Duration: Permanent Time: 5:15PM EST Reason: Player was caught actively taking over a base including TC access. Was given ample chance to do the right thing, and an amnesty notice was placed in chat. They chose to ignore it. When ent-locked out of base, all pilfered items were despawned, and they logged. They refused to acknowledge my speaking to them. Multiple PSAs had been given as to the server rules. Evidence:

Server: EU PURE Duration: Permanent Time: 11:00 AM EST BATTLEMETRICS STEAM Evidence has shown a behavior pattern of theft and looting. Player was warned prior to this to cease PVP types of behavior and to follow the rules. Player has shown that the rules are unimportant and returned to their bad behaviors. Multiple bases entered (some with the use of a mini), and items stolen. (Loot logs from 11/6/19 are the only relevant ones.) More images available if needed.

Player: Randwulf BattleMetrics Steam Server: Organization wide. Duration: Permanent Reason: Player was highly antagonistic regarding a perceived theft of 13 horses and some hemp at his US Pure base. The horses were completely unsecured as was the hemp. Based on a bit of checking the horse appear to have all despawned, but not before eating the hemp planted against the troughs they were at. When given this information, the player accused the Admins of hypocrisy after being told he needed to secure his belongings. He was advised unsecured horses are public domain. He gave more flack before he was muted in chat. Upon logging in to EU pure today, player built in identical location as on US, and started harassing another player. He'd been warned, failed to heed the warning. He was muted while a ban was performed. Player was highly disrespectful in some of his posts, and it was not tolerated. Images show some of his commentary, as well as an image as evidence of the missing hemp.

Offender: Blitzking2235 Steam Battlemetrics Server: AU Pure Time: 10:15 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, Looting, Griefing Proof: On the 15th, player was observed sneaking into any possible base he could. He was confronted, and claimed ignorance of the rules.(PSAs have been routinely made regarding the rules.) He also stated his feelings that if it was open, it was fair game. He was set straight and given a last chance warning. He elected to ignore it. Raided, looted, Griefed. TC was somehow also taken over. Pilfered items were located in his base that were identifiable by distinctive skins. Player that was stolen from confirmed their belongings. Pictures below. Evidence File

BattleMetrics Steam User: pizza slices Server: US Pure Permanent. Player was witnessed sneaking into a base, stealing from enclosed quarry, and refineries. When confronted, attempted to despawn items, then promptly F1/killed himself.

Lonely Alpha, while I can appreciate wishing to assist a friend or others, in situations like this, you cannot act as an advocate. Only those whom you have mentioned can. Right now, nothing beneficial is being spoken of. Nothing impactful can happen owing to your pleas on behalf of your friends. If they have time or the willingness, then they need to appeal on their own behalf. I say this in the hopes that you will perhaps understand, there's nothing you can do, no matter how emphatically you feel about the situation. Now, as you have stated, Perhaps it's best to drop it. Player: ANARCHY BM Steam US PURE Had a comprehensive discussion with this player about the rules where looting , stealing, raiding are concerned. The player proceeded to steal from 3 sleepers, one of which was in their base, and loot an improperly secured base as well. Was actively observed all the while as they were continuing to make multiple attempts to get into other bases across 1/3 of the map. Multiple PSA posts were ignored. Screen captures are available if needed.

nhttps://www.battlemetrics.com/rcon/players/907406795 US PURE USER: Tdub Permanent. On the 10th, this player and one other were observed to be inside of a base not belonging to them. They logged out immediately before being spoken to. Because of uncertainties, they were left be. Today, Tdub logged in and found hmself trapped inside the base, suicided out, and then looted a player's base, proceeding to take it over completely. Multiple warnings were issued in chat. They were ignored. (The first base owners gave no consent for them to be in the base.) Multiple images evidence is available if needed.

Same player, after failing to be able to relog into US Pure, entered AU Pure. Same behaviors were shown, in additional to despawning loot. The player ignored the rules of both servers, and was brazen in his efforts to seek out any and all places to raid. It is in the best interests of RUST Ez, that I amended the ban to Organization wide. Images from above include US and AU evidence.

Salvaged hammers, once one is found, typically go up for sale at player's vending machines very quickly. As people move forward in a wipe, they will often let you use one to do a task, and at the end of wipe they are all but being given away. Check vending machines or ask in chat who's selling one. Be patient, and you'll obtain one.
