I am in agreement with @Postanou. 
I've played servers with this system before. I rarely stay longer than a week after wipe. This is because by day 2, base is done. By day 3 at the latest, I had tier 3 items.  There was little left for me to do. As it is now, even without all those bells and whistles, some players complain of being bored by week 2 or so.  This will neither benefit the servers, nor the long-term best interests of the players.

While we're open to suggestions, one thing to bear in mind is that not all ideas are good for our specific community.
Please keep the ideas coming though! 

Sil is only for public use on Survivals and Scourges. However, for Pure servers, it is indeed only for admin use. At this time, you are correct, it does not work on neon signs.

I'd like to apologize for any frustration you've had. 
The egg hunts are automatic. You can hunt eggs alone at your base, or wherever you are on the map with the exception of deep water. (Water egg hunts are doable, but a pain in the ... bottom.) Eggs will spawn where you are. So please try to be outside away from your structures just prior to time for another hunt. The more you collect, the more that will spawn, which is why many folks do plan ahead and go to a more centralized location. The more the merrier is certainly workable for many folks. You are not and that is perfectly fine! Please, enjoy your egg hunts as you wish. Being where everyone else is will help you gather eggs far more quickly, but you are good to play where you are. 

Like you, I prefer to hunt alone, or with just my hubby when possible. In the end, don't sweat it. Grab those eggs where you are most comfortable doing so. 
Remember, save them up once you get a basket so you can upgrade to that mystical golden egg!

Regarding other things you mentioned, it will be looked into.  The gift is a server gift. Please, keep it.  Like the egg hunts, it is also automatic.

No, there is not an official one that is separate for players. Sorry for that confusion. 

In our Discord announcements, we've been trying to have an event showing for when wipe is coming. Not an autogenerated thing, but it is perfectly functional. Alternately, just say, "Hey, it's first Thursday of every month when FacePunch does their updates. "

It was made clear to you by Northstarz that any further rule infractions could result in a ban. It had been made clear 2 days prior to that by another admin the same thing as well.
You have multiple console warnings(in game pop-ups), and multiple verbal warnings.  Additionally, you broke further rules less than a day after being well cautioned against doing so. 
The level of disrespect you displayed, was beyond uncalled for. 

Yes, our admins are sometimes not online. They have lives.  All our staff are volunteers, we're not here to be at your beck and call.
While I do understand the frustration, there was no cause what so ever to act as you did. 

The ban will not be lifted.

And Galaxy Cake, after having the tree in front of her shop cut down (despite a polite sign!)  put up a prison cell and floor lights around the next one. Looks really nice too. I do not see this as being possible, reasonable, and it's not enforceable.

We will not likely ever tell a player they cannot remove a tree, a node, or to not kill a chicken. They are all collectible resources.

I do understand how you might have liked the aesthetic with the woods but harvesting them is simply a part of the game. The trees will return over time.

The number of days since the ban is not relevant.

Rebooting the game and steam usually fixes this for me. 
Occasionally, I have to validate files.

It's always a little sad to see one of our long-time players moving on, but I am so happy that our community could be here to help you cope during the past couple of years. Some helped in our own unique ways.

Dusty is responsible for their own appeal.

There were multiple PSAs given and ample chances were offered for either of you to return the items that were taken, including a horse, the L96, among other items. 
Regardless of anything else, it was made very clear, that if it was not yours, do not touch it. Every time you examine something, be it a box, or a player body it creates a log. Both of you were on multiple logs. Better to play it safe, than sorry and simply don't touch things that are not yours.

Being new to the game is wonderful, but you are responsible to make sure that you know the rules of the server you are playing on. The admin are very active and will handle issues as they arise.

All of that said, I am happy to allow you back onto the server, but I will give you 3 days to review the rules before you can rejoin.
 

Rules

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.

● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism or harassment.

● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.

● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for players.

● No blocking waterways, building around monuments or large areas of land.
