There is no inconsistency. What most do not see is the words used, nor how they are used.  Content and context matters. 
I do understand how players feel frustrated, though, as much of the back end moderation remains unknown.

The EAC Temporary Server Ban is typically due to packet loss (i.e. connection timed out, authentication timed out, and excessive packet loss). This is a Temporary EasyAntiCheat (EAC) ban. It is not a ban we can remove on our end. Simply wait the required 15 minutes and reconnect to the server. We usually advise players to reboot modem and system while they wait.

Please remember, only the banning admin can accept or reject the appeal.  
Reaching out to other Admins or Leadership, will not  hasten the decision.

I thought that some of our players on our Pure servers might like to see an inexpensive, and simple way to secure a large furnace. 
The important thing to note is the first three steps. If you don't follow them, you might find it tricky to place your furnace.

You will need the following:

Building plan.
Building hammer.

2k or so wood.
A TC (Unless you intend to connect it via foundations to your base.)
A door and lock.
A large Furnace.
6 triangle metal floor grates.

I highly suggest you upgrade to a minimum of wood, however, the materials for upgrading are not listed here.
Once you have built it, a simple way to get to the hard to reach spots for upgrading is with a twig scaffolding, or ladders on the exterior of your building. Both of which can be easily removed after.

There is no favoritism from the staff. The staff have a set standard to follow where rules and investigations are concerned. 
This line of commentary you have started is not beneficial for your appeal. I'd strongly advise you use caution in what you are posting.
