Offender: TRANN-EE-the-T-REX Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:04pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing/Harassment More Info (Optional): On 04/04/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for inappropriate language in chat. They were informed of the server rules at that time. On 04/17/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for building across large areas of land build blocking other players and their builds over those grids. On 07/04/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned and informed about our rules on river builds as their build was blocking access to another players build impeding that player boat access. On 10/06/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for placing barricades along the train tracks spanning over grids that was impacting and impeding the gameplay of others. At this time the warning issued urging that player type /rules in chat. They were informed in that warning that any further rule infraction may now result in a ban from our servers. Today (01/17/2025) It was reported that this player has built and was gearing their gameplay to annoy, harass, grief and impede the gameplay of another player and team. After investigating the claim and logs I found that TRANN-EE-the-T-REX did in fact build a couple towers with the specific intention of griefing that teams members and compound with the intention of further griefing them. All attempts to warn, talk and curb the gameplay of TRANN-EE-the-T-REX to align with the server rules has failed and a permanent ban was issued.

Thanks for your appeal: Your first warning was issued on 06/24/2023 4:18 PM Est. You were console warned for camping launch after the PSA was sent out. You continued to stay there waiting for it to spawn. That was when the warning was issued. You were warned on 07/12/2023 12:58 PM Est for 2-3 TC rings of land around your base and requested you remove the excess. You were given 24 hours to comply but did not. An admin then removed them placing everything in your inventory. You were warned again on 03/16/2024 11:26 AM Est. For camping. A PSA was posted and instead of complying you were inside one of the buildings hiding & waiting for brad to spawn. I myself was witness to this and gave your warnings. When I issued that warning I made sure to put the following: "Monument camping is against server rules. This includes waiting in an area for loot/NPCs to respawn or logging off in a monument. If Brad is not there please leave and come back again another time. Please type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or a server ban should you continue to camp launch. TY" on 12/29/2024 12:07 AM Est. You did less than half the damage to the Patrol heli and witnessed by an admin taking 4 out of the 5 crates. You were warned to check how many crates you are due before looting and explained the rules. Today (01/04/2025) I watched as you were camping launch. Giving you the benefit of doubt I posted our PSA for monument camping hoping it would encourage you to move along as you were aware of the server rules and have been warned before. I watched you move so noted that you were not AFK. I watched as you crouched towards the electrical box on the roof in what appeared to be an attempt to hide. It was obvious you were making no attempt at leaving launch and were continuing to camp. Your ban is justified as you were given more than ample opportunity to adhere to the server rules. As admins we do not enjoy removing players from our servers. This is why we give every chance for players to learn and play by the rules we all play by in order to remain a part of our community. You were given these chances and made a choice to ignore them. Your ban will remain in place. I wish you only the best of luck in your future gaming endeavors.

While I appreciate you taking responsibility for your actions please understand that griefing and harassing other members of our community is not acceptable behavior. As admins we strive to ensure that players have a safe space to come and play without having to worry about being griefed or harassed and the integrity of the server stays intact. In the spirit of the holidays and our year coming to a close I have opted to give you one final chance. Please understand that this is a one time ban reversal and should you break the server rules your ban will be reinstated. Offender: LUNTIK Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 3:46PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): LUNTIK was first kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining when I saw then inside of a players base they twigged into. They were also sent a warning in Russian and English informing them that stealing, raiding and griefing are all against the rules that includes building onto a players build and taking items without permission. LUNTIK logged back onto the server and after receiving their warning immediately went to another base, twigged onto it and was gaining entry when I placed their ban. LUNTIK in the very short time they were on our server has griefed and raided 4+ bases. They have shown a complete disregard for other players progression on our server. They were given an opportunity to adhere to the server rules and continue to play here but chose to continue to grief and steal. Due to the short time on our server and the even shorter time between their warning and next infraction a ban for griefing was placed to ensure that the gameplay of others are no longer affected by LUNTIK gameplay on our server. Offender: Re:creators Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:35pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): On 06/16/2024 Re:creators entered and stole from a players base. On 11/08/2024 Re:creators stole from a monument they did not participate in also stealing from the dead players inventory who did do all of the work. At that time the following warning was issued: "Stealing raiding and griefing is against the server rules. you came to oil, looted scientists you haven't killed, robbed a player corpse. the items were found in your base. this is your last and final warning regarding stealing. any further violations of the server rules will lead to you being removed from the community. please type /rules and have a close read if you want to prevent this" Tonight while a player was racing back to L. Oil for their body bag and items it was found that numerous items were stolen from it with lower tiered items left behind. After checking the logs it was found that Re:creators was the only name on the players bag. The items that were reported stolen were found within the players base. Re:creators was given a prior warnings and chances across a couple of our RustEZ servers. Re:creators last warning was detailed and informative to ensure the player understood that what they did was against the rules and should they do it again they will be removed from our RustEZ community. Re:creators was given ample opportunity to be a rule abiding member of our RustEZ community with the chance to play on more than one of our RustEZ servers as a rule abiding and valued player; Instead Re:creators made the choice to steal from another player resulting in a ban for stealing from our servers.

Offender: Eyeseses Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 7:53pm Est Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/Raiding More Info (Optional): Player was first warned on 11/18/2024 for stealing and crashing another players mini. Player was warned once again on 11/18/2024 for griefing players and their modes of transport while in use. Today a theft of a base and player inventory was reported. Eyeseses name was on the logs inside of the players base as well as on the players body/inventory. The player has shown a history of stealing and griefing of players. Any attempts of educating Eyeseses on the server rules have been unsuccessful resulting in a ban being placed on their account for stealing/raiding.

Thank you for participating in our Ban appeals process. You were first warned on 12/15/2023 for stealing and crashing another players mini when they were clearing out GEP. The rules were provided and explained in the warning you received in game. Your next warning was issued on 01/07/2024 when you tried to circumvent our chat filter when you opted to call someone a word in which you were just banned for. On 01/11/2024 you and others were spoken to outlining rules and expectations in regards to harassment, griefing, event spawns, chat etiquette, and using the mute function with players they disagree with instead of creating a toxic environment for everyone on the server. On 01/14/2024 you were muted for 24 hours after continuing toxic chat on the server. You were warned once again on 06/20/2024 again for gameplay toxicity and harassment. At that time it was explained that any further issues will result in a ban from our servers. Todays incident you have shown a pattern on gameplay in which we have made every attempt to curb with warnings, talks and mutes. After a careful and mindful review of your gameplay and history on our server It has been decided that your ban is justified and will not be lifted. Offender: | 1161 | TheFreak Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:23 AM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing & Raiding More Info (Optional): Player was first warned earlier today (11/11/2024) for twigging onto a players base (griefing) and raiding. I was alerted to | 1161 | TheFreak who was currently twigging into a players base. They accessed the players TC in front of them and proceeded to place a lock on the TC. | 1161 | TheFreak was asked to stop and leave by the owner and ignored the player. | 1161 | TheFreak started to build on and around the players build locking them out of the base. | 1161 | TheFreak disregarded his earlier warning and chance given. They chose to disrupt the gameplay of others by raiding and griefing that player giving no regard to how their actions impacted and impeded that player. A ban was placed to ensure they would not be able to grief, harass and raid other members of our rule abiding community.

Offender: Shadow banditcampp Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 6:21pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): Shadow banditcampp was first warned this afternoon when they stole/raided a player/teams furnace area. The warning issued informed the player that stealing and raiding is not permitted, That includes taking items from furnaces, bases, modes of transport and from players. Player urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should they continue to steal. Very shortly after Shadow banditcampp came across a players body and proceeded to steal the majority of the players contents as well as the players backpack and contents within. The majority of the items were found within the players bases. Shadow banditcampp was given a chance to adhere to our rules and play on our server with a very helpful and informative community after the first time they stole and raided. They made a conscientious choice to disregard that warning and stole numerous items from a players body and backpack. Player has shown no regard to the gameplay of others or the rules we all abide by as members of this amazing RustEZ community earning them a ban from our marvelous servers.

Offender: TISHARTIS Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 7:41pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): TISHARTIS was warned on 02/14/2024 for griefing, raiding and stealing when they laddered and twigged onto a players build in order to raid and steal from that base. Tonight I was alerted to a build where TC access was taken and deployables removed from the owners base. TISHARTIS was found on the logs and deployables they removed were recovered within their base. TISHARTIS is not new to our server and is well aware from their previous warning that griefing, raiding and stealing are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player has been given an opportunity to play within the RustEZ community as a rule abiding member but chose instead to grief and raid a players base.

Offender: jonathan-tyto-jonathan Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 1:08 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Greifing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned on 10/14/2024 When they raided multiple bases. Player was Warned for a Second Time on 10/19/2024 for twigging and entering player bases (Griefing) & stealing from a player base. The warning was issued in English and French to ensure the player understood what they did wrong and educate them on the server rules. On 10/21/2024 I had numerous reports of raided player bases. jonathan-tyto-jonathan was on the logs taking from everything that was not locked. Player gained access to multiple bases by twigging onto and placing ladders to player builds. jonathan-tyto-jonathan has been given every opportunity to be a part of our community but has chose to continuously break the rules. They have disrupted the gameplay of numerous players with their raiding and griefing that shows a complete disregard for not only the rules but of the gameplay and progression of members of our community who do play by the rules. The seriousness of this raiding spree and blatant breaking of the rules a permanent ban was issued for jonathan-tyto-jonathan. Due to the vast amount of raiding/griefing there are many logs. Offender: johnplays42 Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 6:50 AM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing/Harassment More Info (Optional): I was alerted to johnplays42 griefing of a team and their base. After watching the players interactions with the players he was griefing, johnplays42 was kicked with instructions to read the rules before rejoining and was relocated to our Hobo Hotel. johnplays42 was also sent a console warning informing him that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were encouraged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should they continue to break the rules. johnplays42 logged back in returning to the base and players he was griefing. Owners/Team of the build requested he leave. johnplays42 refused. johnplays42 has completely taken over the teams base locking the TC, building around the owners sleeping bags so they could not get out and securing the base and the bases perimeter with walls in order to lock the owners in/out. johnplays42 was given every opportunity to be a rule abiding member of our community. Given johnplays42 blatant disregard for the server rules and the progression of the players he was harassing and base he was griefing. A permanent ban was issued for his continued harassment and griefing of the team and their base.

Offender: Huejean Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 4:06pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing, Harassing, Raiding More Info (Optional): Huejean was kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining after a report that the player was actively inside of a players base and raiding them also destroying the players chassis on the powered lift. Console warning issued informing the Huejean that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport are all against the rules and could lead to a ban from the server. After logging back in and receiving the warning the Huejean went back to the base he was griefing and player he was harassing and started to laugh and mock the player while building onto the players base again. Huejean was given chances to abide by the server rules and instead chose to harass, annoy and grief a player, their base and modes of transport earning him a permanent ban from our wonderful community.

Offender: SuolainenPippuri Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 2:44 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Harassment and Griefing More Info (Optional): Player along with teammate stole another players vehicle by accessing the lift from the players base and removing the lock at least 2x. When confronted by the owner SuolainenPippuri started to accuse the owner of stealing the vehicle from them and their base. SuolainenPippuri does not have a build on our server to steal from. SuolainenPippuri saw an opportunity to access the players base and entered the build authorizing on the players TC and locking the TC preventing access to the base owner. SuolainenPippuri access all the base owners boxes and deployables. When informed that stealing is not permitted and neither is harassing players they were instructed to leave the base, player and vehicle alone. They jumped into the vehicle again and was informed that a ban will be issued should they continue to linger, harass and try and take the vehicle. This players teammate was banned and instead of leaving the base/vehicle owner alone they continued to hang around demanding to know why their friend was banned. Ban issued for continued player harassment and griefing.

Offender: chromium_eki Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 2:43 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Player harassment More Info (Optional): Player stole another players vehicle with their teammate from the owners car lift removing their lock. When confronted by the owner and told to leave them and the vehicle alone they started to accuse the owner of stealing the vehicle from them first from their base. Players did not have a base or build on the map as of yet and the vehicle was never theirs. chromium_eki was informed it was not their vehicle and they need to leave the owner and modular car alone. chromium_eki refused to leave and continued to harass the player while i was standing there and started to repeatedly cuss and yell at the player. As chromium_eki was informed verbally of our rules and given a chance to stop harassing the player and chose instead to not leave and continue to harass and grief the player a ban was issued.

Offender: ERMAK Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 6:01 pm est Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing and Raiding More Info (Optional): ERMAK was first warned in English and Russian ON 07/30/2024 when they laddered into a players base and stole everything they possibly could. They were made aware of the servers rules and the consequences should they break those rules. Players have reported that numerous items and depoyables were missing from their deployables, base and bodies. Upon investigation ERMAK was the only player on the logs without permission and the only player who laddered onto the bases that were raided. ERMAK showing a pattern now of his gameplay on our servers and was given an opportunity to adhere to the servers rules and become a valued member of RustEZ. ERMAK chose the alternative and continued to grief and raid bases and players earning a ban from our servers. More logs available upon request as some of the logs are quite extensive.

Offender: rusty Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 7:56 pm Est Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): rusty joined our server and immediately said "yo these admins kinda mid ngl like they be abusing power" They were informed that this was their first time on our server and to please type /rules in chat. Player started to scream in VC and troll Gen chat was kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining. Their friend was also trolling and doing the same things. Player was also sent a console warning urging them to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should their toxic gameplay continue. Player was muted upon returning to avoid further chat and VC disruptions and another warning was issued informing them of the reason. Player then stole from 2 players dumping items on the ground to despawn. Given the very short time on our servers and infractions in that time a ban was issued for stealing. BM has been updated with each infraction.

Offender: Joshpockt Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 1:01PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Joshpockt was first warned on 5/14/2021 for camping launch. Joshpockt was warned for a second time on 07/04/2021 when they along with teammates were purposely shooting/griefing modes of transport (minis) and purposely causing lag around players bases by throwing large quantities of stone on the ground. Joshpockt was found to have twigged (griefed) a players base by building/twigging onto the players base in order to gain access. This is the players 3rd strike. Joshpockt has been given ample opportunity to play by the servers rules but continued to grief others resulting in a permanent ban.
