Offender: JOSELON2_GTX Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 9:13pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): JOSELON2_GTX has shown a repeated history of harassing players in-game and was previously warned on two separate occasions. I was requested to check the logs of a players base after they noticed numerous items within the case missing. The logs showed JOSELON2_GTX accessed all the storage boxes, refineries and furnaces stealing as much as they could going back multiple times. When confronted the player denied having gone into the base and said they never would steal anything. When informing the player that our logs show ever time a player opens/accesses a box/deployable he still denied it. After alot of back and forth banter about him not doing it vs. our logs that show he did...JOSELON2_GTX confessed to knowing what base I was talking about and finally admitted in taking the items. Two other players reported missing items from compounds/bases and after checking the logs found JOSELON2_GTX and Teammate to have been the ones who accessed and stole from them. Due to the history of harassments towards players and now the many instances of stealing from other players a permanent ban has been placed. I will only post a few logs. The player has stolen from alot of players so there are many more logs available upon request.

US Pure will be hosting Pyramid Descent. Everyone is welcome no matter the server you main on...come have some fun on US Pure! Challenge yourself and show off your skills as you strategize and break platforms to see who will be the last player standing. Everything will be supplied and given when you type /event join in chat. (You must be naked with a clear inventory) Instruction & Rules: Players will be equipped with gear, weapon and ammo for the event. (limited ammo given so don't waste it) Players will need to authorize on the TC. Players will start at the top of the pyramid and swiftly enter soon as the garage doors open. (If caught outside the doors you will need to wait until next round) Players will need to strategize and shoot platforms in order to get other players to fall onto the spikes that are on the last level. All players must keep moving. You cannot stay stationary for long or you will be disqualified. Any player that lands on the spikes are out and must keep moving if not immediately dead. There will be 3 rounds in total. Offender: Echo Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 3:15 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): Player was muted with the following console warning sent : "Player harassments and disrespect are against the rules of the server. Please type /rules in chat to familiarize yourself with the server rules. A Mute has been placed on your account to give yourself time to read the rules and become a part of our rule abiding community. You will be unmuted in 1 hour. TY" Player started to harass players while his mute was still active following them around impacting their gameplay negatively on our servers on 2 separate occasions. A Final console warning was sent to the player informing them that stealing, raiding, harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player informed that ANY further rule or policy infraction will lead to a ban on our servers. After already receiving 2 warnings and while their mute was still active they accessed a players base; Authorized on the players TC and stole items from within the players base. Player then stole another players mini. Echo has been given every opportunity to adhere to the servers rules and policies but instead chose to continuously ignore the console warnings issued. Due to the multiple infractions within a short amount of time playing on our server and the complete disregard for the servers rules a permanent ban was placed.

Offender: 狗很好吃 battlemetrics Steam Profile & 洛博佐 battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 3:15pm Est & 3:13pm Est Length: Permanent Reason: Harassment More Info (Optional): Both players were taking loot from scientists they did not participate in killing. They were harassing player(s) by making noises and screaming through VC. I attempted to verbally warn them but they were not interested in listening to me instead they were making noises in VC so a kick from server was put in place for both players with instruction to read rules before rejoining. Upon rejoining both players continued to harass the same player. A console warning was issued informing them that harassing, stealing and griefing are all against the rules and bannable offences. Players were urged to type /rules in chat for rules they have to abide by to avoid future warnings/ban. Players both continued to follow and harass the player impacting and impeding their gameplay. A permanent ban was issued to both player for continued harassments.

Offender: Rojear banditcamp.com Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:16pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned on 08/03/2022 12:10 AM for entering a players base and raiding its contents. Rojear banditcamp.com was sent a console warning that informed them that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player was urged to type /rules in chat to familiarize themselves with the server rules to avoid future warnings/bans. Player was warned again on 08/14/2022 for player griefing/harassments. Rojear banditcamp.com was following players around not leaving them alone when asked. Rojear banditcamp.com continued to follow players around to try and get into their bases. A console warning was issued to remind the player that harassments and griefing of players, bases as well as modes of transport are all against the rules and should they continue their behavior a ban may be issued. On 05/15/2023 Rojear banditcamp.com gained entry to a player/teams base and raided any contents they were able to access that was unlocked. Rojear banditcamp.com's name was found on multiple deployables and containers with numerous items reported missing and found inside Rojear banditcamp.com's base. Rojear banditcamp.com was given several chances to be a part of our RustEZ US Pure community but chose to continually break the rules with a complete disregard to the players he raided and the negative impact it had on those players/teams gameplay and progression. Given the numerous warnings issued that were ignored a permanent ban was placed on Rojear banditcamp.com's account. Due to the vast amount of logs I have only supplied a few. Our server is the way it is because of the rules and policies in place. Any player can appeal a ban/mute again at a later date. Racism and Racist innuendoes are harmful. It's a shame you don't think so. We wish you the best of luck on your future gaming endeavors.

Offender: Wizol Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 2:43 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding & Stealing More Info (Optional): Wizol was first warned on 10/09/2022 for Raiding and stealing from another player. He also surrounded the players base in order to grief that player and block the player in impeding on that players gameplay. The warning sent informing the player in clear detail that Raiding, Stealing, Griefing and Harassing are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were strongly advised to review the server rules for the rules all players need to abide by in order to remain a part of our community. Wizol was witnessed camping launch waiting for the APC to spawn on more than one occasion. PSA's would often deter him and others making them carry on looting or leave and come back another time. On 01/19/2023 Wizol was warned for camping launch site. After PSA's failed and player was not looting they continued to camp Launch and wait for the NPC playing a guitar which was blatantly ignoring the PSA and camping rules. On 4/11/2023 Wizol entered a players base and stole vast amounts of that player and teams items they accumulated in storage chests. They also stole numerous items from boxes and other deployables. Wizol accessed the players Tool Cupboard in order to gain entry to the player/teams vending machines. He raided those contents as well. It was made clear to Wizol when he first raided and griefed a player that our server is a strict PvE server and that Stealing/Raiding from players, bases and modes of transport are against the rules and bannable offences. With this in mind Wizol took liberties with another player and teams gameplay and progression with complete disregard on the affect it would have on them and the progression they lost because of his actions. Given the blatant disregard for the server rules and the gameplay and progression of others a permanent ban was issued. Due tot he vast amount of items stolen I have only included a few logs. Offender: GGGYYY Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 5:16 pm eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing and Harassments More Info (Optional): Player logged in and immediately started to call players names. Player was informed of our server rules and told that player harassments and disrespect is against the rules. Player called me a "stupid ass hoe" after receiving his console warn so a mute was issued with a console warning informing them that stealing, raiding, griefing and harassments of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player informed that his account was muted and will expire in 1 hour. While player was already muted he started to follow other players quickly picking up loot from barrels others have broken, harvesting animals others have killed before them and then he entered a players base while they were building it. When the base owner completed their walls and placed a TC down GGGYYY immediately accessed it and destroyed the players foundation that the TC was on destroying the TC. Player had ample opportunity to become a part of our community as a rule abiding member but chose to continually break rules, grief & harass players as well as player bases earning them a permanent ban.

Offender: Absent battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:32 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Continued Player Harassments More Info (Optional): I was first alerted by a couple of players that someone was inside their base stealing items and refusing to leave. Upon investigating I first witnessed the player within the base accessing a couple boxes that weren't locked removing items. They then ran out towards the mining outpost towards the recycler. I opted to kick with instruction to read the rules before rejoining and give myself time to retrieve any stolen items before they were able to recycle them. When Absent logged back in they immediately went to the players base they were at and started to harass and annoy the base owners. They were asked numerous times to leave and a console warning was issued informed them that player and base harassments and griefing are against the rules and to leave the players and base they were at alone. They were urged once more to type /rules in chat to familiarize themselves with the rules of the server. The response was "Admins an ugly ass bitch" and continued to harass the players and base. Every effort and chance was given to curb this players behavior and integrate them into our community. They chose to ignore all warnings and chances given to them. Due to the blatant disrespect of players and impeding the gameplay of those same players he was warned for harassing and stealing from a permanent ban was implemented.
