Offender: Ilya52rus Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 04/15/2024 6:23 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): In just under 4 hours of gameplay on our server this player has raided, stole and griefed from an exuberant amount of bases and players. Player twigged onto 7+ bases to gain access in order to raid from those bases. In the very short time on our server they have negatively impacted the gameplay for many players on our server; Some of which were very distraught almost to the point of leaving or community. Luckily much of what Ilya52rus stole was able to be returned to the players who reported items missing and bases altered. Ilya52rus has shown no regard or respect for the players on our server or the progression lost due to their choice of gameplay. Due to the severity and toxicity of this players gameplay I opted to remove him from our marvelous rule abiding community and placed a permanent ban from our servers. The sheer amount of deployables and bases raided is nothing short of astronomical. I opted to only include some pics. More available upon request.

The kick was sent in Russian to ensure there was no misunderstand. You were sent 2 different warnings on separate occasions informing you of the server rules. While I understand and appreciate that you are new to the server it is your responsibility to abide by the server rules and take the chances we gave you to play by those rules and remain a part of our RustEZ community. Your ban will remain in place however I will change it from permanent to a temporary one that will expire on 04/11/2024 4:04 PM eastern. First I would like to express to you that our servers are extremely diverse with plenty of ESL speaking players as well players who don't speak English and alot of whom have no warnings on their account. Regardless of if you speak English or not the rules apply to everyone equally. As head admin for US Pure I was the banning admin. I have personally had communications with you in the past with no issues or misinterpretations. I feel you understood me as well as the warnings you have been issued. You have been given ample opportunity to continue to be a part of the rule abiding RustEZ community but have chosen on more than one occasion to break the rules that are the same across all RustEZ servers and were warned by multiple admins across those servers. Most of the time we go by a 3 strike policy. You have more than that on your account. It does not matter if your warning was from a week or a year + ago. Offender: INFAmod Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:38pm eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): INFAmod was first warned for blocking off large areas of land on 07/21/2022 and on 08/03/2022 for piping across large areas of land. On 01/08/2023 INFAmod was kicked from the US Pure server with instructions to read the rules before rejoining when they stole a players horse and ignored attempts to stope them prior to the kick. After the kick was initiated a console warning was issued informing the INFAmod that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. He was once again urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings and possible server ban. 01/30/2023 INFAmod was warned for the destructions of multiple players base pieces and sleeping bags. (Griefing) 02/02/2023 They were warned for Griefing a base with heli aggro and hiding under it. On 05/28/2023 I issued a warning for once again blocking off large areas of land with TC's. He was informed that he is allowed 1 external ring of TC's around their build but cannot block off large areas of unused land in order to prevent neighbors. 07/11/2023 INFAmod was warned for camping monuments and once again informed of the server rules. Tonight (04/07/2024) I was called over to assist a player who was being griefed by INFAmod. Upon going there and remaining invisible for a min to listen to how the players were interacting I heard INFAmod say that yes he accessed the power lift and removed the lock and mods on the modular vehicle that was parked there while the owner used the recycler. He went on to say he was allowed to do it and that nothing could happen to him because he was a VIP member. When I became visible I informed him that he cannot remove locks and steal from modes of transport that was not his and what he did was wrong. He attempted to justify his actions when I stopped him and reminded him that he was not new to the server and knew the rules. He was informed that he was given numerous chances on a variety of rule infractions. He acknowledged and said I was right that he did know the rules and what he did was ok. I informed him at that time that what he did was grief the player/mode of transport. INFAmod was given ample chances, time and opportunity to play by the rules of our RustEZ servers. He has shown that he has no regard for the progression and gameplay of others. He has shown that no matter which RustEZ server he plays on he has issues with abiding by the rules and policies of those servers. He knows the rules of the server and continued time and time again to break those rules and on some occasions break the same rule after already been given warnings. It is because of this that a long and over due ban was issued for Griefing.

Offender: scripts.gg Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 04/04/2024 9:42 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding More Info (Optional): Player was witnessed harassing multiple players through VC and actively stealing from players and supply signals where he ran away dropping the loot on the ground to despawn the stolen goods on 04/04/2024. They were kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining on 04/04/2022 at 8:53 pm est. Upon logging back into our server they met with numerous players and made light about his stealing and harassing players in VC with players he encountered and then started following players around harassing them through VC until he came across another player to annoy or he got tired of chasing after them. A PSA was put out about how to mute players and our stance/rules on harassing and griefing players, bases and modes of transport. He acknowledged the PSA laughingly and was yelling at another player he encountered saying he never steals or harasses players as he was actively harassing and annoying the player he was yelling at. Just under an hour later I was called to a players base where there was a fair amount of items that were missing from within the bases deployables. scripts.gg gained access and raided the base stealing multiple items from that base. scripts.gg dumped/despawned a majority of the items. scripts.gg was given clear instructions on where to find the rules and was told the rules of the server and that stealing, raiding and harassing players was against the server rules to which they replied "are false accusations against the rules" all while laughing in VC. scripts.gg has been given ample opportunity to become a valued member of our rule abiding US Pure community but instead chose to harass, annoy, grief, raid and steal from players, personal supply signals, modes of transport and bases. scripts.gg has shown no regard for other players in our community or their progression. His blatant disregard for the rules has been shown in the very short duration he was on our server earning him a permanent ban.

While I appreciate your constructive criticism towards myself and the admin team we will take your words under advisement moving forward however it still does not change your lack of understanding on what your attitude, behavior and actions/gameplay negatively impacted others. Your ban is justified and valid across all RustEZ servers and will remain in place. I truly hope you find a server with a better admin/support team in place but at this time RustEZ will not be it. If you and your teammate were raided you should have reported it. From my logs when I was investigating the only names on your belongings belonged to your team. People make bad choices; You are absolutely right. It doesn't make them bad people. However actions have consequences and this ban is yours. You were warned on 03/16/2024 after you entered a base that was not yours and stole items from a player who was offline. That warning informed you that raiding and stealing was against the rules. You would have also been urged in that warning to type /rules in chat for rules we all must follow in order to remain on the server and to also avoid any further warnings or ban should you steal or raid again. That warning was your chance. on 3/20/2024 a player reported their base and personal inventory were raided while they were offline. Your name was the one on the logs and items were recovered in your base. You raiding and stealing from players and bases on a PvE server where rules are plainly stated AFTER you received a warning is not in any way our fault. Your ban is the consequence to your decision to steal on a server where stealing is not permitted. your ban is justified and will remain in place. Hello xCEEYAx and thank you for participating in our Ban appeals process. Your time on our RustEZ servers as well as our Discord has shown numerous displays of disruptive behavior and gameplay. Your actions and attitude directly affected the gameplay of those around you who join our servers and expect a safe space where they can play and enjoy without harassments and the toxic behavior most rust servers are known for. The RustEZ staff attempted on numerous occasions to talk with you and work through the various issues that were continuing to happen to no avail. You were given ample time and chances (more than most) to correct your gameplay and even after receiving a ban that was overturned continued to harass, annoy and be disruptive resulting in your ban being reinstated and permanent. You have shown no remorse for your actions or gameplay. I truly hope you find a server that is better suited to your personality and gaming style but RustEZ is not it. Offender: BloodyxMan Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 03/20/2024 3:36 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding More Info (Optional): BloodyxMan was first warned on 03/16/2024 when they entered a base and stole items from a player who was offline. They were warned and informed of the server rules and what would happen should they continue to break those rules. I was summoned by a player who was quite distraught for being raided on 3/20/202 by BloodyxMan. After a thorough investigation I found that BloodyxMan had taken an astronomical amount of loot from that player/teams base as well as from their bodies while they were offline and a modular vehicle which was found along with the players items in BloodyxMan base. Due to the gaming history if BloodyxMan and his disregard for the rules after given him ample opportunity to abide by the server rules it was decided a permanent ban would be placed for Raiding/Stealing. Offender: Krystal Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:05 AM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing & Stealing More Info (Optional): Krystal was first warned on 03/08/2024 when they stole a players mini. When they were finished with it they crashed it into water making it unretrievable to us and the owner. Krystal was sent a console warning in both English as well as Chinese informing them of the servers rules. Krystal shot down a players scrap transport helicopter killing 2 players who were in it. When the Scrapper went down they went to the debris field stealing the players backpacks that were both filled with loot and resources. Krystal died to fire while in the middle of stealing the players belongings. The player then used some of what they stole to build a base beside the debris field and logged off with all the loot within the newly created base. Krystal has shown repeated griefing towards modes of transport belonging to others. Their gameplay has turned more sinister as now they are not just stealing modes of transport but also purposely destroying modes of transport with players inside in order to steal loot. Due to the players continued and escalating toxic gameplay a ban was placed for griefing and stealing.

Offender: Winston Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 10:23 am eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing, Harassment More Info (Optional): Winston was first warned on 03/14/2024 when he accessed a players base and stealing items from within that base. He was then Kicked with instruction to read the rules before rejoining. As he was continually harassing the player he was stealing from. A console was also issued on 03/14/2024 informing the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases, deployables as well as modes of transport were all against the rules and if continued will result tin a ban from our servers. When they logged back in on 03/18/2024 they went to another players base and started griefing and harassing that player through their gameplay as well as verbally through VC. Winston accessed that players base destroyed a few modes of transport while mocking that player. He then picked all the players crops while still verbally abusing and harassing that player refusing to leave the players base. When Winston finally left the base he stayed outside of it and continued to harass and annoy the base owner. He then proceeded to make false allegations to the base owner further distressing that player. Winston has shown complete disregard to the servers rules as well as the progression of members of our RustEZ community. Winston has been given ample chances and time to read the servers rules and play according to them but instead opted to continue his toxic gameplay ruining and impacting time on the server for others. Due to their disregard for our rules and members of the community that were affected by him a permanent ban was issued.

Offender: MimiSABO Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 10:20pm eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): MimiSABO was first warned on 7/8/2021 for accessing a players base through a base exploit and stealing items from within. MimiSABO was warned once again on 3/13/2024 for griefing/stealing and was warned in English and Turkish informing them of the server rules to ensure they understood and give them a chance to reform and be a part of our community. I had a few reports of thefts and complaints of a player attempting to take modes of transport while the owner was present and warning them not to. Upon investigation It was found that MimiSABO accessed a fair number of player bases and raided from all deployables within the bases that they were able to; At times making a couple of trips to ensure they cleaned the player they were stealing from out of everything they could take. MimiSABO was given every opportunity to adhere to the rules of our RustEZ servers and made the choice to steal, raid and grief from multiple members of our rule abiding community earning them a permanent ban from our servers. Offender: ARTIK Battle Metrics Steam Profile & 助けて！ Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:50pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding & Griefing More Info (Optional): ARTIK was informed that the supply signal they were taking was a personal one and continued to take the items. ARTIK and Teammate 助けて！took numerous and various modes of land, air and sea transports from other players using some to access bases through base exploits. ARTIK and 助けて！ raided a couple players bases and looted from players inventories while offline. Due to the extent of raiding, greifing and harassing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport on our server I opted to place a permanent ban on both players accounts to avoid any further gameplay disruptions within the US Pure community. The amount of logs is substantial so included are only some of the logs. More available upon request.

Offender: Krekelking67 Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 10:36 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Player first accessed a players base on 02/05/2024 stealing and accessing numerous items within that players base. Krekelking67 logged in tonight accessing another players horse troughs stealing the food from within the troughs. Krekelking67 accessed the same base stealing items and started to kill the horses. He was confronted by the owner who informed him of the rules and asked Krekelking67 to leave. Krekelking67 understood what he was doing was wrong and against the servers rules and said they were ready/trying to get banned and continued to kill the remaining horses (16) Player accessed the players mini but was DC'ed before he could fully fly off or crash/destroy it. Krekelking67 has shown very little respect to the player he was griefing. Krekelking67 showed no regard for the servers rules or the negative impact his gameplay and "fun" was having at the other players expense. After careful consideration a permanent ban was placed on Krekelking67 account. They were aware of the rules and continued to harass, grief and impede the gameplay of others on our server. Offender: Steve Urkel Battle Metrics Steam Profile & poop eater69 Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Date: 02/14/2024 Time: 11:13 pm Est. Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding & Griefing More Info (Optional): Steve Urkel & poop eater69 logged onto US Pure and started to loot numerous players. They were both confronted by some of the players and were mocked while being stolen and raided from. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 stole a variety of transportation; destroying some and using others to assist in their raiding. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 built onto bases in order to gain access. They were informed of the server rules by the community yet continued to raid, harass and grief numerous players and bases on the server. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 blatantly disregarded the server rules and had no consideration to the players and bases they stole from and how negatively they impacted those players and our community. Due to the negative gameplay of Steve Urkel & poop eater69 a permanent ban was placed on both accounts. Included are some of the logs. More logs available upon request.

Offender: Romeo-Capalot Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:41am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned 02/11/2024 for accessing a base by building onto it to gain entry. Romeo-Capalot then stole numerous items from within the players base and deployables. A console warning was issued informing the player that Raiding, Stealing, Harassing and Griefing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport were all against the rules. Player urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should they continue to steal. Today Romeo-Capalot accessed another players build and authorized on that players TC. Romeo-Capalot then started to pick up and remove numerous items within the base and stole from numerous deployables. When confronting Romeo-Capalot the player logged off. Romeo-Capalot was given ample opportunity to be a part of our community as a rile abiding member. Romeo-Capalot has shown a complete disregard for the server rules and to the players he raided, stole from and griefed. A permanent ban was placed as Romeo-Capalot showed no signs of compliance for the rules and would continue to raid and grief. More logs available upon request.

Upon review and further investigation I have reviewed this latest incident and also taken into account your previous gameplay with us. Your temp ban is more than just as there is a history of what you call "Fun" that to others who are on the receiving end of that "Fun" is greifing. Which as you know is against the rules and could have resulted in a permanent ban of your account. I urge you to review your gameplay on our server, Go over our rules and give careful consideration to how your actions and good fun affects others. Your temp ban of 7 days will stand and should there be any further griefing, harassing of players, bases or modes of transport a permanent ban will be issued. On a personal note... Offender: Phantom / Arni Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 1:23 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing, Harassing, Stealing More Info (Optional): A player urgently requested an admin and was currently being harassed and griefed by a player. I went to the player and saw Phantom inside of the players base mocking him and harassing him in VC saying it is now his base and he was taking it over and if he wanted it he would have to sing for it to get it back. After being told he needs to leave the base he continued to argue with the base owner telling him he needs to prove its his base all the while laughing. I kicked Phantom with clear instruction to read rules before rejoining and issued Phantom a console warning informing him that raiding, stealing harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were also urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or a ban from our server should their toxic gameplay continue. Upon logging back in with a new name he immediately went back to the player he was previously harassing. He accessed the players base leaving the player a cassette and tape with a recording on it. He then proceeded to steal from the player once again. Phantom was given every opportunity to be a part of our rule abiding community. He made the conscientious choice to harass, grief and steal from players. He shows a complete disregard for the gameplay of others and how his gameplay directly affects those he was harassing and stealing from so a permanent ban was issued for his continued harassment, griefing and stealing. Offender: Uncle Theodore Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 9:19 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Harassing/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first found to have accessed a players base through a base exploit stealing items from within the base. I issued a console in English and Turkish informing the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases and vehicles are all against the rules and can get him removed from our servers. After receiving the ban I got a report that Uncle Theodore was now rocketing the players base he stole from harassing him with rockets. After being told to stop in VC player went to his base and loaded up with more rockets and continued his assault on the players base. Uncle Theodore was kicked from server with instruction to read rules before rejoining and a second console warning was issued once again in English and Turkish informing the player that harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and to stop harassing/grifing players and bases. They were also informed in the warning that any further rule infraction will lead to a ban from our servers. Uncle Theodore came back online after his kick and I witnessed him add ladders to another players base and continue to shoot a barrage of rockets towards the players base he was griefing/harassing. The continued harassments and griefing of Uncle Theodore in the short time they have on our server shows that they have no regard for the servers rules and a complete disregard of other players and their progression. A permanent ban was placed for their continued griefing and harassing.
