Offender: Krekelking67 Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 10:36 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing More Info (Optional): Player first accessed a players base on 02/05/2024 stealing and accessing numerous items within that players base. Krekelking67 logged in tonight accessing another players horse troughs stealing the food from within the troughs. Krekelking67 accessed the same base stealing items and started to kill the horses. He was confronted by the owner who informed him of the rules and asked Krekelking67 to leave. Krekelking67 understood what he was doing was wrong and against the servers rules and said they were ready/trying to get banned and continued to kill the remaining horses (16) Player accessed the players mini but was DC'ed before he could fully fly off or crash/destroy it. Krekelking67 has shown very little respect to the player he was griefing. Krekelking67 showed no regard for the servers rules or the negative impact his gameplay and "fun" was having at the other players expense. After careful consideration a permanent ban was placed on Krekelking67 account. They were aware of the rules and continued to harass, grief and impede the gameplay of others on our server. Offender: Steve Urkel Battle Metrics Steam Profile & poop eater69 Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Date: 02/14/2024 Time: 11:13 pm Est. Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding & Griefing More Info (Optional): Steve Urkel & poop eater69 logged onto US Pure and started to loot numerous players. They were both confronted by some of the players and were mocked while being stolen and raided from. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 stole a variety of transportation; destroying some and using others to assist in their raiding. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 built onto bases in order to gain access. They were informed of the server rules by the community yet continued to raid, harass and grief numerous players and bases on the server. Steve Urkel & poop eater69 blatantly disregarded the server rules and had no consideration to the players and bases they stole from and how negatively they impacted those players and our community. Due to the negative gameplay of Steve Urkel & poop eater69 a permanent ban was placed on both accounts. Included are some of the logs. More logs available upon request.

Offender: Romeo-Capalot Battle Metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:41am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned 02/11/2024 for accessing a base by building onto it to gain entry. Romeo-Capalot then stole numerous items from within the players base and deployables. A console warning was issued informing the player that Raiding, Stealing, Harassing and Griefing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport were all against the rules. Player urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should they continue to steal. Today Romeo-Capalot accessed another players build and authorized on that players TC. Romeo-Capalot then started to pick up and remove numerous items within the base and stole from numerous deployables. When confronting Romeo-Capalot the player logged off. Romeo-Capalot was given ample opportunity to be a part of our community as a rile abiding member. Romeo-Capalot has shown a complete disregard for the server rules and to the players he raided, stole from and griefed. A permanent ban was placed as Romeo-Capalot showed no signs of compliance for the rules and would continue to raid and grief. More logs available upon request.

Upon review and further investigation I have reviewed this latest incident and also taken into account your previous gameplay with us. Your temp ban is more than just as there is a history of what you call "Fun" that to others who are on the receiving end of that "Fun" is greifing. Which as you know is against the rules and could have resulted in a permanent ban of your account. I urge you to review your gameplay on our server, Go over our rules and give careful consideration to how your actions and good fun affects others. Your temp ban of 7 days will stand and should there be any further griefing, harassing of players, bases or modes of transport a permanent ban will be issued. On a personal note... I was disappointed to see this happen. You are not new to our community and should know better. I hope to see you when your temp ban is up and strongly advise in looking for alternative ways to have fun that doesn't impede or negatively impact the gameplay of your fellow RustEZ gamers.

Offender: Phantom / Arni Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 1:23 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing, Harassing, Stealing More Info (Optional): A player urgently requested an admin and was currently being harassed and griefed by a player. I went to the player and saw Phantom inside of the players base mocking him and harassing him in VC saying it is now his base and he was taking it over and if he wanted it he would have to sing for it to get it back. After being told he needs to leave the base he continued to argue with the base owner telling him he needs to prove its his base all the while laughing. I kicked Phantom with clear instruction to read rules before rejoining and issued Phantom a console warning informing him that raiding, stealing harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. They were also urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or a ban from our server should their toxic gameplay continue. Upon logging back in with a new name he immediately went back to the player he was previously harassing. He accessed the players base leaving the player a cassette and tape with a recording on it. He then proceeded to steal from the player once again. Phantom was given every opportunity to be a part of our rule abiding community. He made the conscientious choice to harass, grief and steal from players. He shows a complete disregard for the gameplay of others and how his gameplay directly affects those he was harassing and stealing from so a permanent ban was issued for his continued harassment, griefing and stealing. Offender: Uncle Theodore Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 9:19 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Harassing/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first found to have accessed a players base through a base exploit stealing items from within the base. I issued a console in English and Turkish informing the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases and vehicles are all against the rules and can get him removed from our servers. After receiving the ban I got a report that Uncle Theodore was now rocketing the players base he stole from harassing him with rockets. After being told to stop in VC player went to his base and loaded up with more rockets and continued his assault on the players base. Uncle Theodore was kicked from server with instruction to read rules before rejoining and a second console warning was issued once again in English and Turkish informing the player that harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and to stop harassing/grifing players and bases. They were also informed in the warning that any further rule infraction will lead to a ban from our servers. Uncle Theodore came back online after his kick and I witnessed him add ladders to another players base and continue to shoot a barrage of rockets towards the players base he was griefing/harassing. The continued harassments and griefing of Uncle Theodore in the short time they have on our server shows that they have no regard for the servers rules and a complete disregard of other players and their progression. A permanent ban was placed for their continued griefing and harassing.

Offender: 76561198815577126 Battle metrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 3:27am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding More Info (Optional): Player was first warned after a report of items missing from a players base. Upon investigating it was found that 76561198815577126 accessed this players base stealing some items of value and despawning the rest. The console warning issued informed the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and grieifng of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. To ensure the player understood the rules the warning was issued in English and Chinese. I witnessed 76561198815577126 go into a base and start accessing, stealing and despawning items. A kick was given with the instruction to read the rules before rejoining. I moved the player away from the base they were in the middle of raiding. When 76561198815577126 logged back in they immediately went to the same players base and started once again to raid that players base. Due to the blatant disregard to the servers rules a permanent ban was placed on 76561198815577126 account. Due to the numerous amount of logs from many bases I have only included a few. Offender: yeetyeet1234 Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:49am eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): A player reported that his Attack helicopter was stolen while they were at outpost. I swiftly went over and was able to see yeetyeet1234 flying it. They read in general chat that I was looking into it and promptly landed the heli and started to run away from it to distance himself from it. I sent yeetyeet1234 a console warning informing them that stealing, raiding, harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. He was also urged to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban. When receiving the console warning they said in chat that they almost got away with it admitting to what they did. After checking on the player again I noticed they acquired a boat and accessed a base that did not belong to them. I went to the base owner and asked if they gave anyone permission to currently be in their base and remove items. The player confirmed that they did not and that yeetyeet1234 did not have permissions to be in the base or have access to it. Due to the extremely short duration of time from which yeetyeet1234 stole an attack helicopter and received a warning to then take a boat along with accessing and raiding a players base he made it clear that he had no intention of being a rule abiding member of our RustEZ community and a permanent ban was issued.

Offender: jerry33229 battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 10:28 PM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Harassments/Griefing More Info (Optional): jerry33229 was first warned yesterday after they entered a players base and was caught raiding it. When confronted by the player he denied it even though he was personally seen by the player actively raiding his boxes. jerry33229 also accessed another players base authorized on the players TC and accessed numerous boxes and deployables within that players base. Console warning was issued after I found that the player had indeed raided both players stealing everything he was able to. The console warning issued informed jerry33229 that Raiding, stealing, harassments and griefing are all against the rules and bannable offences. It was also stated in his warning that further harassments and stealing will result in a ban from our servers. jerry33229 logged on today and started to harass the same person he raided yesterday. blatantly disregarding the warning he just received and would have seen upon logging in he made the conscientious choice to travel to the players base to harass, annoy steal and grief from the player. Due to the complete lack and disregard for the server rules and the gameplay and progression of other members of our community a permanent ban has been placed.

Back before the instancing of event spawns, pj's and quarries and the other mods put in place our server thrived. We were found in the community section and players helped eachother even more than they do now. Tea vendors flourished because most players opted to grab the jackhammer/chainsaw and go get their resources. I personally am really excited to get back to our roots. The removal of the hammer will be an adjustment but with so many things already able to be picked up and I'm sure more will have that ability...only base parts will need to be thought out a tad more carefully. I know change for some can be unnerving and some things unwanted. Give it a shot before going all doom n' gloom and saying you're going to leave. Like the saying goes..... don't knock it till you try it. As admins and as players we will try to help where and when we can. Our amazing US Pure players already educate and help eachother now. Our server as a whole will continue to support eachother and pull together as we all make our way back to Pure/Vanilla.

Offender: Greggz Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 11:39 am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing/Harassing/Stealing More Info (Optional): Upon joining Greggz started to show toxic behavior and gameplay. They were muted after becoming insulting towards other players. After their mute was issued a console warning was sent to inform the player of their mute as well as educate the player on our server rules and urge the player to type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or ban from our servers. Greggz went to an online players base who had their door open and entered it running up their tower to steal the players attack helicopter. Greggz flew the attack helicopter away from the players base and was kicked from our server with instruction to read our rules before rejoining. Another console warning was issued to inform and make clear that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases as well as modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Player Informed that ANY further rule infractions will lead to a permanent ban from our servers being placed. Immediately upon re-entering our server Greggz went back to the player he stole the transport from and went to steal another. Greggz showed no regard for the servers rules and the negative impact their actions and gameplay was having on the player they stole from. Greggz had ample opportunity and chances to adhere to the server rules and become a valued member of our rule abiding community but chose to blatantly disregard the rules and earn themselves a permanent ban from our wonderful community and servers.

Offender: abc battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:34 am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): abc was harassing another player by entering the players base and removing/taking over the players mode of transportation and then attempted to destroy it. Player was kicked with instruction in both English and Japanese to read our rules before rejoining and a console warning was issued again in both English and Japanese informing the player that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. abc went back into the players base he stole the vehicle from. The player then accessed the other players TC and added a lock. They also added locks to all doors and storage containers all in front of the very distraught base owner. He added windows to the first floor in an attempt to secure it and lock the owner out of the base. Upon investigating abc was at that base prior to taking it over removing numerous items from the storage boxes and TC. abc's complete disregard of the players gameplay and base he griefed/raided and the blatant disregard of our servers rules a ban was implemented. US Pure will be hosting Pyramid Descent. Everyone is welcome no matter the server you main on...come have some fun on US Pure! Challenge yourself and show off your skills as you strategize and break platforms to see who will be the last player standing. Everything will be supplied and given when you type /event join in chat. (You must be naked with a clear inventory) Instruction & Rules: Players will be equipped with gear, weapon and ammo for the event. (limited ammo given so don't waste it) Players will need to authorize on the TC. Players will start at the top of the pyramid and swiftly enter soon as the garage doors open. (If caught outside the doors you will need to wait until next round) Players will need to strategize and shoot platforms in order to get other players to fall onto the spikes that are on the last level. All players must keep moving. You cannot stay stationary for long or you will be disqualified. Any player that lands on the spikes are out and must keep moving if not immediately dead. There will be 3 rounds in total. Here is your ban report. I spoke to you ingame and I do know and understand that English is not your first language however while talking to you we conversed with no issues. You understood me and I you. Just like I told you in-game our loot logs do not lie. You were given every opportunity to be a rule abiding member of our community but instead chose to steal resulting in a ban being placed on your account. Your ban is just and will not be overturned. Offender: psychobabe_911 battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 8:16pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): psychobabe_911 was first warned on 08/17/2023 for taking over a players base (Griefing) and stealing. psychobabe_911 was console warned informing them that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing are against the rules. I was requested to check the logs of a players base after they noticed numerous items within the case missing. The logs showed psychobabe_911 accessed all the storage boxes, refineries and furnaces stealing as much as they could going back multiple times with their teammate. Two other players reported missing items from compounds/bases and after checking the logs found psychobabe_911 and Teammate to have been the ones who accessed and stole from them. psychobabe_911 has shown no regard for other player game progression and continued to steal after already being warned for similar rule infractions. psychobabe_911 was given ample time and opportunity to adhere to the rules of the server and be a rule abiding player but chose instead to continue to break the rules resulting in a permanent ban being placed on their account.
