Offender: Danilo Nomas battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:34 am Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/ Griefing More Info (Optional): Player was first warned within his first hour playing on our server when they took over another players base. When an admin became visible and informed the player that taking over another players base/build is a form of griefing and that griefing, raiding, stealing is against the rules and bannable offences he was apologetic and removed the locks and doors they placed. Within 24 hours upon receiving a warning and verbally speaking to an admin Danilo Nomas flying a mini with a teammate in his passenger seat flew onto a players base to take advantage of a base exploit and raided contents from containers and other deployables The owner of the base got to them in time to see them fly off and over him. When sending Danilo Nomas and his teammate a warning I sent the warning in English and Spanish to ensure both players were aware of the servers rules. I witnessed both players land within another players compound and upon landing start accessing/stealing anything they were able to. Danilo Nomas was warned and informed verbally and through our console warning system. Danilo Nomas was given every opportunity to adhere to the server rules and be a part of our PvE community...instead Danilo Nomas not only chose to disregard our rules and the warnings he was sent and given but also take his teammate who is new to our server in a mini to raid and steal from players and bases. Danilo Nomas continued raiding, stealing and griefing players and bases on our server with no regard to the gameplay and progression of others and a permanent ban from our servers was placed on his account.

Offender: USTECH battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 1:33 pm Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): USTECH was first warned on 10/08/2021 for raiding numerous bases as well as altering/removing bases and deployables owned by others (griefing) On 11/16/2021 He was warned for making a trap base. The Base was disabled and the console warning made it clear that impeding the gameplay and progression of others along with player griefing is against the rules and a bannable offence He received a warning on 12/10/2021 for hoarding vehicles and was informed that doing so impacts others. He was instructed to release the excess or put up a vending machine to allow others to purchase them while he was offline. USTECH was warned on 01/19/2022 after his name showed up on the logs of containers with numerous items missing and the owner reporting the theft. I was informed of a removal of another players items. Upon investigation I found that USTECH was the one who griefed the player by removing the players deployables and stealing the contents. USTECH was given every opportunity and numerous chances to adhere to the server rules and play within RustEZ's rules and policies. Prior theft and griefing infractions shows a complete disregard for the servers rules, the gameplay and progression of others and a permanent ban was implemented.

Our server being popular and geared towards the more vanilla side of gameplay players all have the same opportunity to get to launch and try to get him. There is a no camping rule that we do our best to uphold but cannot be online 24/7 so if you see a player(s)/teams that are camping please report it to an admin and allow us to handle the players that are not abiding by that rule. Players are able to participate and assist in taking the patrol heli as well as the APC and Cargo...If you want to do it solo you can leave and try your luck again another time. I myself at times want to do it with others and will participate alongside them...there will also be times when I am lucky enough to get one by myself. Offender: brou aka soez battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 2:53 AM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding More Info (Optional): Player was first reported the day before for stealing another players horse and items. Player was verbally spoken to about stealing and was kicked with instruction to read rules before re-joining. A console warning was issued informing the player that Raiding and Stealing from players, bases and modes of transport are against the rules and bannable offences. The warning was issued in Korean as well as English to ensure that the player understood the talk and warning. I witnessed the player inside another groups base that he was able to get into through a base exploit and he started to steal numerous items from various chests and deployables that were within. brou / soez has been given every opportunity to play within RustEZ's rules & policies but instead chose to disregard all warnings and chances. The player has continued to steal/raid from players and bases with no regard to other players game progression and a permanent ban for raiding was implemented.

US Pure is also having issues with GEP. It will not accept diesel and looks to be not instanced.

Offender: Olaf Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 12:32 am (est) Length: Permanent Reason: Player & Base Griefing More Info (Optional): Olaf was first warned for blocking access to a cave on 02/14/2021 and informed of the servers rules and policies regarding builds in caves, rivers/waterways and informed to type /rules in chat for rules every player needs to play by in order to stay a part of our RustEZ community. Olaf was warned again for griefing and harassing players on 10/16/2021 12:58 AM where he placed high external stone walls around another players base to grief, harass and annoy the player. He was then informed to request an admin if he felt harassed/griefed by anyone and to allow admins to handle the situation. He was also told that he cannot grief and harass others by taking matters into his own hands. Olaf erected walls and searchlights on 10/16/2021 8:39 PM to block and shine into 2 other players bases in order to harass, grief and annoy those players after he lost a wind turbine and suspected and accused one of them of removing it. When he was informed that neither of those players removed it and harassing players after already being told it was against the rules will not be tolerated. I personally verbally spoke to him at great length about the incident as well as sent him a console warning to ensure there was no miscommunication between us and to make it clear that griefing and harassments of players, bases and modes of transport are rule infractions and bannable offences. He was informed at that time that ANY harassments and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport will result in a permanent ban from our servers. Tonight I was called over to a players base. Olaf went into a players compound and built a structure in the middle and within the walls of a players build/compound with no intention of using it but the sole purpose to grief the player/owner. Olaf built the structure with 1 side having high walls to block the owners view and placed a TC in order to build block that player preventing the expansion of the players building & game progression. Olaf having a history of griefing and harassing players with builds was given every opportunity to be a valued member of our rule abiding community. This recent rule infraction of griefing is also his 3rd strike after multiple verbal and console warnings were issued and he was informed/educated that harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport would result in a ban from our servers he disregarded all attempts made and a permanent ban was placed.

Thank you for your participation in our ban appeals process. You were inside the players base harassing the player and stealing food. When you were killing his horse you were kicked from the server with instructions to read the rules before rejoining. Upon login you continued to harass the player even after he told you to leave and the doors were open. You sat in a chair at the table until the console warning issued made it clear that stealing, raiding, harassing and griefing of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. You were also informed that if you type /rules in chat it will bring up a list of rules all players need to adhere to in order to remain on our server. After the console warning was received and acknowledged you left and started harassing other players for items. Chasing them down until they tossed you something or they locked themselves in bases to get away. You went back to the original player that reported you for harassment and started once more to harass and annoy the player. That was when the ban was implemented. The player asked you to leave and you did not. You were kicked with instructions to read rules before rejoining. Console warnings were sent informing you of the rules and warning you of the consequences should you not abide by them. PSA's were posted to inform. You had ample opportunity to be a part of our rule abiding community and progress in the game on your own and within the rules of our server. You instead chose to harass and annoy players. Hindering the gameplay and progression of others for your own amusement. Your ban will remain in place. I truly hope you find a server that better suites your gameplay and game style. -Northstarz

Offender: WhyBaby? battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 5:36am eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): Player was warned minutes after logging on to our server. The warning made clear that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassments of players and bases were against the rules and bannable offences. The warning instructed WhyBaby? to type /rules in chat for rules they would need to play by in order to remain on our servers. WhyBaby? acknowledged the console warning and was dismayed when what they stole was confiscated and returned to the player they stole it from. They then went into another players base through a base exploit and stole from the players indoor furnaces and deployables. Player was then issued a ban but not before stealing from another offline player.

Offender: Oogway#HowlGG Battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 7:41pm (est) Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Stealing More Info (Optional): Oogway#HowlGG received his first warning on 4/9/2022 After he entered a players base, authorized on the players TC and raided the bases contents/deployables. Oogway#HowlGG was verbally told and a console warning was given explaining that raiding, stealing, griefing and harassing of players, bases and modes of transport were all against the rules and bannable offences. Oogway#HowlGG played the theft off as a "joke/prank" and was informed that gameplay such as that is not funny nor tolerated. Oogway#HowlGG accessed a players base stealing anything that was available to him to take. Oogway#HowlGG knew that raiding and stealing is very much against the rules and knowingly accessed the players base and deployables stealing items with no regard for the other players progression or gameplay. Given the players brief time on our servers resulting in repeated stealing offences a permanent ban was implemented.

Offender: the guardian (battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 3:26AM eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing More Info (Optional): the guardian was first warned for raiding a player and a players base. Shortly after that warning the guardian went into another players base and stole items from the base along with items from an offline player. the guardian's name was found on a players inventory after that player logged in and report items missing. All the items including the players store bought scientist suit was found in the guardian's inventory and was confiscated and returned. That same player disconnected again and when the guardian saw him I witnessed him immediately accessing his inventory taking more items from the player. the guardian already received warnings and his console warning for stealing, raiding and accessing players and bases was completely disregarded. the guardian was given every chance to stay and be a part of our rule abiding community and chose instead to take any opportunity to raid and steal from players and bases.

Offender: The Beast battlemetrics Steam Profile Server: US Pure Time: 5:03pm est Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, Stealing, Griefing More Info (Optional): The Beast initially came onto the server with a friend who was banned that same night after continued raiding and stealing. When his friend and teammate got banned he knew what his teammate did was against the servers rules. The Beast befriended some players who tried to show him the ropes because he was newer to the server and gave The Beast some items to get started and spent time with him in-game. When the players weren't around or offline The Beast took advantage when he found the players code and gained entry through base exploits. Accessed the players TC and took the base over...removing items and base parts. The Beast cleared out a vast majority of the players items. He picked up and removed base parts like windows, floor grills and walls to gain entry if someone took notice and changed the code. He then placed his own TC and locked it to take over the players base. The Beast accessed a second players base. Authorized on the TC and locked another player out the base and contents/containers within. The Beast knew that raiding and stealing was against the servers rules and took advantage of players hospitality and good gamesmanship. The Beast made numerous trips while the players were offline and even chatted with them when they came back online all the while stealing from them until they were in a position to lock the player out of the bases and contents completely. The magnitude of what was stolen, bases altered and gameplay impeded a permanent ban was implemented. *Due to the astronomical amount of logs only some have been included. Offender: duckey556 (battlemetrics) (Steam Profile) Server: US Pure Time: 4:18 AM Eastern Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding/Griefing More Info (Optional): duckey556 completely destroyed a players base. When I noticed it and went to him the damage was already done and he left numerous things to despawn as well as the owner of the destroyed base left on the ground. I went to duckey556 and verbally spoke to him about removing player bases and stealing. He denied it until I informed him that I have logs that show him destroying/removing the players base and deployables. I informed him that it was a form of griefing and that it was against the servers rules as is stealing and raiding. He denied stealing and raiding from the player. I told him when the player logs in and reports items stolen I will be confiscating everything that was reported missing. He then gave me back some items he stole. duckey556 was verbally as well as console warned the following : "Raiding, Stealing, Griefing and Harassments of bases, players and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. Please type /rules in chat for rules you NEED to abide by in order to remain a part of our rule abiding community. Removing a players base is a form of griefing. Stealing, Raiding or griefing from this point on may result in a ban from our servers. TY" duckey556 was given every opportunity to be a part of our community and instead chose to steal from players and bases without any consideration to the players progression or the servers rules.
