I do appreciate your apology however that base was not abandoned and you took things from multiple players. Knowing the rules you along with your friend still chose to break those rules..multiple times. I wish you all the best and hope you find a server more to your play style. The ban stands.

МАГА and teammate nodded in acknowledgement and carried on down the map. At 2:13 am I was dm'ed that a player witnessed 2 players boosting each other through, on and into bases. Noticed that they were being watched by the player who notified me they left for a short time circling back to see if they were still being monitored. I console warned them about the server rules. Upon further investigation I noticed that they were also gaining tc access, removing base parts to gain access , sleeping bags and other entities/deployables. The players base is filled with loot that was gained by breaking RustEZ rules and policies.

More Info (Optional): Player went inside another players base and wouldn't leave. He then took items out of a storage container that didn't belong to him, When confronted He became vulgar and disrespectful through Voice chat. When he heard I was female he kept asking if I wanted to "fuck" after repeatedly telling him that he was being disrespectful and to stop. He kept saying derogatory things and refused to listen or adhere to RustEZ's Rules and policies resulting in a permanent ban from our server.

1 was the other I dont think was. None were on a team with the owner of the sedan

Player continued to spam voice chat making ghost noises after being requested to stop. Console warning was issued after player would not leave another player alone after being requested to stop. Player also went into the players base without consent all the while spamming VC.

When confronted I was explaining the rules but they felt it more important to interrupt the explanation of the rules and when asked to return the items he took he instead thought it would be more fun to laugh and take pictures of the players he looted and of the admin trying to warn him. I had to remove the items from his inventory to return to the players.

This player went into another groups base took items from them while they were offline and took everything of value. With other warnings and chances given this player knew and knowingly broke the server rules.

This player again chose to ignore the server rules and prior warnings and took everything out of another players furnace and refineries.

Player was again displaying toxic chat in gen and was console warned for that and name calling followed with racial remarks.

When i spoke to this player I was met with disrespect and was told to suck his dick. Player showed no remorse or regard for the server rules, admins or players.

Length: Perm Reason: Raiding, Stealing, base takeover More Info (Optional): This player was warned to stop taking items that didnt belong to him...He went through a window and I saw them just as they were painting on the players sign (see pic) Sent the console warning after witnessing them enter another players base...access the tc and modify the base to secure himself and the items he stole. after another console warn was issued and i popped in for a chat they logged. After an already attempt to get this player to play by server rules they disregarded it and gloated about what they did with a sign they left.

More Info (Optional): This player entered a base with the owners there and was accessing items from boxes and dropping it on the ground to despawn it. He then went to the tool cupboard emptied it and tossed all the contents through a window to his friend. He then trapped 1 of the players inside by building around them and upgrading it to HQM. They placed a bed in the base and continued to taunt the players. After I showed up and told this player the rules he continued to try and take and drop items to despawn. I had to kick the player so i had the time to put the ban in place.

When I popped in to have a talk he said he was just jumping on players bases and he didnt take or touch anything. I explained the rules he said he understood them. when he was put to the outside I again asked if he was sure he didnt take anything he said no. Logs show he did access and take the items that were missing. I took the items from the player Had another chat with him about stealing and lying and banned him for 3 days. Hopefully this will give the player enough time to read the rules and come back to enjoy some game time on our server. Logs available upon request.

After they stopped to acknowledge the warn they jumped through a window back out and went to another base put a accessed a tc and started to build onto another players base.

More Info (Optional): The player gained access to another players TC. accessed the TC Put a lock on it, then modified the structure took a vehicle that I was unable to recover due to damage beyond repair. I returned a portion of stolen items back to the owner.

More Info (Optional): This player took almost everything out of a players base. Authed on the TC to remove storage boxes so he could have boxes to store items and remove a tc and window so he could get out easier.

Offender: Jake Rustchance Server: US Pure Time: 6:46am Length: Perm Reason: Player harassment, admin disrespect, impeding the gameplay of others. More Info (Optional): This player was already warned for raiding looting items that didn't belong to him by another admin. After hearing this player for a minute harass and call players names I became visible to talk with him and was immediately met with disregard and refusal to listen. I Console warned him against harassment of players and disrupting the gameplay of others. After receiving the warn he continued his tirade of disrespectful behavior and goading remarks to the players he was already warned to leave alone resulting in his ban.

US Pure has also not had the free gift triggered.
