Reason: Looting/GreifingMore Info (optional): Player was warned earlier today for looting multiple players. They were informed that looting, stealing and greifing are all against the rules and are bannable offenses. A few hours after this warning, they accessed another players base through base exploits, looted all of their boxes, and TC'd the structure. Considering the prior warning, a permanent ban has been issued.

Reason: StealingMore Info (optional): Player, who was previously named AWP, had been temporary banned in the past for looting. Today they logged in, accessed a base through exploits, and looted a team of players, despawning or giving away everything that was taken. Given the prior ban for the same type of infraction, a permanent ban has been issued.

Reason: StealingMore Info (optional): Teammates Moppan and deathbringer both accessed a base through base exploits to steal from a players pumpjack and steal their boat.
Moppan had prior warnings on their account for the same offense. During their last warning, they were made aware that any further infractions could result in their removal from the server. Considering this and the prior infractions a ban was implemented.
deathbringer was warned for the first time against stealing when Moppan was banned. 7 minutes later, just as I was finishing returning items to the players, deathbringer returned to the same player they and Moppan stole from to steal again. Considering the complete disregard for the rules and that they knew stealing could result in a ban, they were removed from the server.

Reason: StealingMore Info (optional): After having received 2 prior warnings, within a 10 minute period, for stealing. Player went on to loot another person 20 minutes after their last warning. Considering the rapid repeated disregard against stealing, a permanent ban has been issued.

Considering the repeated disregard for the same rule, a permanent ban has been implemented to prevent any further disruption to our community.

Player "Lojack" on US Pure put LGF in the stone quarry earlier today. They went back to recollect their items and the quarry was empty.
Edit to add: 3 hours later, player returned to the quarry to add lgf and the stone had suddenly appeared.

@aNoNiMthank you for your input, but please keep in mind ban discussions are between the player involved and the admin.
@Cascade92we do not permanently mute players. It is the player’s responsibility to keep themselves in line. If you think chat will be an issue, you can hide global chat from your settings.

Considering the amount of time that has passed and acknowledging and owning up to your mistakes, I’m willing to give you another chance to play on our servers. Understand that this does not wipe the slate clean of former transgressions and any future infraction may result in your ban being reinstated without the possibility of appeal.

Thank you for taking the time to submit an appeal. At this moment, it has actually only been 35 days since your ban was issued. As originally stated in the ban report, you’ve already had multiple chances to curb this behavior before a ban was issued, this was not a first (or second) offense.
At this time, your ban will not be lifted. I wish you luck in your future rusty endeavors.

Reason: StealingMore Info (optional): Player was first warned for looting/stealing 3 wipes ago. On 8/6 they logged in and attempted to steal another players mini. They other player explained that they aren't allowed to do that so they hoped off and as soon as the player turned their back they hoped back on to try to take it but the player had removed the fuel. I came over and issued both a verbal and console warning to the player informing them of the rules and where to buy a heli if they would like one for themselves. I watched them leave the area and then left. Not even 30 seconds later they went back, took the heli and purposefully nose-dived it into the ground. All of this was witnessed by myself and the player who owned the mini. Considering the prior warnings, a ban has been implemented.

Hello No_Chance!
As you’ve indicated in you’re screenshot, and by the many conversations we have had regarding your ban, you repeatedly exhibited toxic behavior against others on the server. I want to be clear that anything breaking any of our rules is, in fact, harmful to the other players and/or the server. This is why the rules exist and this is why you were banned.
I’m willing to give you one more opportunity to play on our servers. But let me be very clear: the slate is not wiped clean. You will be given one more chance and breaking any of the server rules will immediately result in your ban being reinstated with no possibility of appeal at any point.
As stated during our many discussions, please understand that no amount of good outweighs the bad and you absolutely must follow the server rules in order to play on any of the RustEZ servers. Your ban will be lifted in 3 days to give you time to refamiliarize yourself with the rules and ask any questions or seek clarification on anything. The rules are as follows:

hey @BASTIONGRLsince I know it's me youre looking to report feel free to contact @Northstarz, the head admin of US Pure, or someone higher up. As I was explaining to you before you started screaming and calling me "hunny" and ultimately logging off as you were screaming over top of me trying to explain that logs can't be falsified, you're log was certainly found on someones belongings.
To touch on the last part, I offered to look into your missing items and was told "don't bother i'm leaving the server." Everything was overhead by both another admin and your teammate, who apologized for your behavior after you left.

During both warnings they were advised of the server rules and where to find them. They verbally acknowledged to me that they understood what I said and agreed to follow the rules. The player continued on after the second warning to loot from a players unlocked box.

Player looted another players corpse. when the player asked for their items back they refused so i was called over. upon confronting the player they kept attemping to say the person they looted stole from them. when i started advising them of the rules they said the rules were dumb. I told them they didn't have to like the rules but did have to follow them to play here. I kept trying to go through the rules and advise them on where they were located and they began saying they cant read. Player made it obvious they don't care for our rules. A 7 day ban has been placed to give them the chance to learn the rules and understand that actions have consequences

Both Uzi and Peash accessed another players box through an open window, upon finding the key to the door he entered and began stealing from all of the boxes and TC. Whatever they couldn't steal, they attempted to despawn. Upon being confronted by the player, who was asking them to stop and why they would do this, their response was "Get wrecked".
Considering the severity of the damage done and that most of the loot was despawned just to interfere with the other players gameplay, a ban has been implemented.

Reason: Looting/GreifingMore Info (optional): The player attempted to access another players box but couldn't due to it being locked. They then authorized themselves on the players TC and broke the foundation the box was sitting on so that the box would become a satchel they could loot. They proceeded to loot everything that the player had purchased from the RustEZ store.
I caught up with the player only minutes after they stole the items and began asking them if they were aware of our server rules. They explained they knew we were PvE and that you couldn't steal or kill people. I then asked why, if they were aware of the rules, did they just steal from someone and asked that they return the loot. The player immediately logged off.
Considering the player had been aware of the rules and still chose to break them, I've placed a 7 day ban for them to hopefully learn that actions have consequences and the importance of following the server rules.

Reason: LootingMore Info (optional): Player was first warned on 7/1/21 at 4:18PM from stealing from another players unlocked box. The player they looted witnessed them stealing and called them out in chat. Lego then went back and apologized saying that he wasn't aware stealing was against the rules. I warned them that it was and advised them where to find a list of the server rules.
Prior to this happening they were asking questions regarding the rules multiple times and each time I explained the rule and where to find them.
A couple hours later, the player went on to return to the base of the player they had looted and stole from them again. Upon being called out in chat again, Lego logged off. Considering all of the conversations about the rules and the recently received warning, a permanent ban has been placed.
Guide for Securing A Pumpjack
in Tips and Tricks

Since we've been dealing with a large amount of theft lately on US Pure, I wanted to make a step-by-step guide on securing your pumpjack!
It's important to remember that you must fully construct/upgrade/place any additional items before placing your pumpjack. Otherwise you will need to pick it back up (with a salvaged hammer) place/upgrade whatever you forgot, and replace the pumpjack.
Note: My structures exampled below have openings for visual purposes only. When building your structure, make sure it is fully enclosed.
Step 1: Build the main structure. If you prefer to be able to walk to both containers in the same structure, you're going to want to build a 7 long by 5 wide by 3 tall structure, make sure you leave out the very middle foundation.
If you would like a minimalist approach, you can build a 5 long by 3 wide by 2 tall structure, leaving out the middle foundation. With the minimalist approach, you will need one door on either side of the structure, rather than a single door. Also, if you follow the minimalist approach, make sure the foundations are raised from the ground, this will give you room to go through the doors once your pumpjack is placed.

Step 2: Once you've twigged your structure, place your tool cupboard, lock it, place a door(s) and lock it, and upgrade your structure to the desired materials of construction.
Step 3: Now that the structure has been fully upgraded and all other deployables have been placed, you can now place your pumpjack.
