I’m not finding any record of you having played on our servers. Are you sure it was a RustEZ server you were banned from? Was it possibly under a different steam account?

Thank you for appealing. We do not lift bans for language which has only one meaning, that being purposefully racist or severely derogatory. 

While we do understand that this language permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags.

The ban will not be lifted.

There is no windmill limit on any of our servers. You can place all your windmills at one location.

Player was first warned at 2:00 AM today for stealing after multiple admins witnessed them and their teammate access another players mini via base exploits and start taking off with it.

Within 2 minutes of the warning, the player immediately went to access another players base and steal from them. Considering the immediate disregard for the warning and the server rules, a ban has been issued.

This player has received 2 prior warnings on our server within which they were prompted to review the server rules. Even with these warnings, this player has spent some time this wipe harassing and griefing another team. Some examples include tossing smoke grenades in their neighbors compound, aiming search lights into their neighbors windows, parking drones on their neighbors base, build blocking their neighbors with excessive TC's/platforms, knocking on their neighbor's doors for extended periods of time, shooting at the neighbor's base and minis, etc.

On 4/20/23, they were warned for harassment after entering their neighbors compound via a helicopter after the team asked them to leave and a PSA regarding harassment/griefing was posted and ignored.

On 4/24/23, Happin3ss placed another TC (concealed as an unused structure) immediately at the edge of their neighbor's building zone. They then repeatedly shot into their neighbors compound to harass/grief them.

Considering the repeated issues and number of prior infractions, a ban has been implemented.

More Info (optional): Shortly after the player logged in, they asked about looting another player. They were informed that this is against the rules and they were advised to take a moment to type /rules to review a summary of the server rules.

45 minutes later they called me over claiming that another player was in their base and refusing to leave. When I arrived I look a look around and found that Pix was the one to enter another players base and was refusing to leave. They were trying to claim that the base was their own and the other player (who actually owned the base) refused to exit. I verbally informed the player that I knew the base was not theirs and that if a player asks them to leave, they have to go as harassment is against the rules. They continued to insist that they owned the base and wouldn't leave. At that point the player was kicked and a console warning was issued for player harassment. The player was then moved over a grid away from the player they were harassing.

As soon as they logged back on, they bee-lined right back to the players base. They spent the next 15 minutes lurking around the outside of the players base, running away every time the player came down to confront them. During this time multiple PSAs for harassment were issued. The player continued to stalk the other players base. When the player tried ignoring them, they moved on to shooting at the players base to try to encourage a reaction. The player made it abundantly clear that they were not on our server to enjoy the game, but to disrupt others.

Considering the two prior warnings, the PSAs and the continued behavior, a ban was implemented.

I found multiple players camping launch today and posted a PSA. Everyone left except TopCN. After a few moments I issued another warning for camping. They immediately acknowledged the warning and moved from camping inside the shack to camping on top of the shack. After a few moments they were still there so a temporary ban of 3 days was issued to hopefully curb the behavior.

Player was first warned today at 7:10PM for stealing when they accessed a base through an open window and stole everything the other player had. Upon the player calling out for help and saying he just wanted his scrap back, Fr!3D!? through the players scrap on the ground and logged out.

They logged back in moments later with a new name, 1234534, and pretended they didn't know what they were warned for, claiming they had just logged in for the first time (somehow with a full inventory of items) and were just trying to build. I explained that I knew he had accessed another players items and they it was strictly against server rules. I advised him on where to find the rules and recommended he review them and reach out if there were any questions.

Within a minute of me "leaving" the player threw all of their items on the ground to despawn and began running around the map saying "give me your loot" over voice while making very inappropriate remarks about me in chat. I muted them for 24 hours and issued them another warning for player disrespect and again advised that they review the server rules and how to locate them.

Within 1 minute of this warning they again accessed another players box and stole from them. Considering the blatant disregard for server rules and the multiple attempts given to the player, a ban has been issued.

More Info (optional): All three players logged in and immediately began stealing from other players. When they joined, they were welcomed and advised to read server rules. Additionally, PSAs about stealing were posted multiple times. Within 20 minutes, they accumulated a few inventories worth of items, a scrap helicopter and a mini helicopter. I caught up with them as they were flying the scrap helicopter to cargo. When I popped in they immediately began mocking me for being female, asking if this "was a racist thing" and saying they earned all of their loot. Each time I tried to speak, they shouted over me repeated the mocking or calling me racist. Considering the amount of damage they had done and the PSAs posted as well as their lack of concern over the server rules, a ban was issued.

More Info (optional): Very shortly after joining the server for the first time, the player stole items from another players furnace. The owner caught up to them and got the items back on their own and the player told them they were "just trolling". They immediately went on to look for more bases to steal from. During this time I posted another PSA in regards to the server rules on stealing. Less than 10 minutes later, they accessed the base of another player. Considering the blatant disregard for server rules, a ban was implemented to prevent further disruption to other players.

Player first entered the server at 6:35PM EST.

By 6:44, he had to be warned for harassing admins for scrap.

At 6:52 he received his second warning for accessing a players base through exploits, harassing them for items, and making a false report about another player, their teammate. 

At 7:45 he was overheard asking another player, over voice, what bases nearby were easily raidable.

At 7:48 he asked in chat:  
He was immediately told no and a PSA regarding stealing was then posted.

At 7:56, I witnessed him access another players base through base exploits and steal from the sleeper inside.

As soon as I popped in, before I could even say anything, the player began to put on a fake, exaggerated cry asking to not be banned, that he's sorry and didn't know he couldn't roleplay as a home invader, and that this is his favorite server and he'd like another chance. Given how rapidly the warnings piled up and the players blatant disregard for the rules, a ban was implmeneted.
